Weve worked with the Leaders Institute and their Build-a-Bike program for a number of years and the staff have been wonderful! It is such a meaningful program that is a vital part of our Welcome Week programming for our newest students.

The Leaders Institute provided my company with a wonderful and engaging team-building activity (bike building) and excellent customer service! They were prompt in all communications, and really made the whole process seamless. Not only was our team engaged, laughing, and interacting the entire time, the bikes built went to a great charity. It really was so much more than just building bikes.

I looked at 5 different organizations that do the build a bike and not only was Leaders Institute the most cost effective but he most responsive. They were also the first org to do build a bike so the process was easy and straight forward. It was a great the pace and team exercises to earn the bike parts was fun and interactive. The team laughed alot and had an overall great time. Having the volunteer organization come in at the end to receive the bikes was a wonderful touch and the team truly enjoyed the whole experience.
