I read all the BAD reviews and determined this was the best place to take my F250 if I wanted it fixed right and quickly and I’m soooooooooooo glad I did.The service was great and repair was quick. When you’re more than 6 hours from home and don’t know anyone and the Ford dealer won’t even call you back one can get really nervous.These folks listened and brought my truck in within an couple of hours to determine the extent of diesel fuel leak. They diagnosed and repaired my truck right away and got me back on the road.If your in the area and need a diesel repair this is the place to go!!!

Worked with Dusty at Premire Diesel for steering/suspension issue and other concerns I had.Work was properly diagnosed and repaired. Very happy with the quality of work, speed, price, and professionalism I was treated with.This is my first large truck and had lots of questions. Dropped my truck off for some front end work. Got back to me quickly with a diagnosis and got the truck back relatively quick. Had the truck back in less than a week even after they had to reorder an aftermarket part due to a fitting issue with current lift kit.

Great work had repairs done and so far has stood the test of time after 2,000 mile trip from Texas to Colorado and back had no issues. Fair pricing, great workers and honest shop. Hard to find them like this will take any and all diesel work I have to them.

Had my vehicle towed from dealer to them. Quick estimate and corrected the issue. 1/3 of dealer price and did it right. Brought in with a fuel pump, injector issue and drove it out like new again for below estimate cost. Very happy with the service.

The name says it all – it’s truly a Premier Diesel repair shop. Lift kits, tires, alignments and repairs or even a new engine, these guys do it all! Friendly atmosphere from when you walk in the door and I’ve always felt like I’ve received a knowledgeable diagnosis and repairs at a reasonable price. They get the job done quickly with reliable results. We won’t take our Ford anywhere else!

My Ford was having issues so called in and spoke with Dave. From start to finish they were honest and provided great customer service. Repairs were extremely reasonable and done fast. My truck is now as good as new thanks to these guys. I highly recommend this shop for all your diesel needs!

Great Shop, upfront, honest, & easy to deal with.

Came in here looking for a bit of help loosening a bolt on our trailer hitch while we pulled our RV trailer through Mansfield. These guys are great! Immediately they were ready to serve and did all they could to get us taken care of. Highly recommend!!

I have never had a problem at the shop they are honest, reasonably priced, and always extremely helpful. Going to another shop feels like cheating on my wife. Was charged $220 for a diagnosis where they kept my truck for almost 3 weeks, whereas I was charged $89 and in less than 48 hours they had the solution at premiere. And lastly they always answer when you call and are extremely respectful towards my wife. I if you don’t go here then you are just begging for terrible service anywhere else

Its hard to trust just any out of the blue shop are your typical shade tree mechanic . with premier I have had a totally different experience .with all the times I have had to put my truck in the shop theses guys are the only ones I can trust to get my trucks back on the road again good quality service at its best

Being on the road with a 40 ft 5th wheel RV, my 2500HD went into the limp home mode on IH 35W near Burleson Tx. I unloaded my RV and took my truck to two local dealers. One didnt have a diesel tech, the other diagnosed my problem, to the tune of $4000,, and it might be week gettin to me. Got on Google to check out some local diesel shops and went to talk to the folks at Premier, and they are! The got me in that afternoon and finished the job the next afternoon, at no near as much $$, as the Dealer. They moved me to the head of the line, (they are a busy shop and I can see why), because we were stranded from out of state, thats customer service!!! 😁

They came through for someone that knows nothing about engines

I have used Premier since i bought my truck for everything; from oil changes and accessories to performance parts and general repairs. These guys are very conscientious about their job and its obvious that they care about the quality of their work.

Had mechanics tell me to get rid of my 6.0L Ford diesel. They were very positive about this engin only replaced one injector, not the whole bank as most shops do. Quick good work, very happy.

I had my 2008 Ford F250 towed to Premier Diesel for repairs. After 12 days of calling them every two or three days and not getting a diagnosis, I took the truck to another shop for repairs. The lack of customer service on their part and being without a truck for nearly two weeks was a huge disappointment. The second shop had a diagnosis in 24 hours.

Honest people, they do a great job. Would recommend them highly
