Chanté is the best! I bought a car from Mike and he fixed most of the items we agreed upon before purchase. There was a chip in the window that was not there when I test drove the car that I am still planning to get fixed by Mike and his Auto repair along with an extra key that was promised but if they come through I will up this grade an extra star! :-) unfortunately Im going to lower this to a three-star because they did not come through on the key and I paid $85 cost to get a new one programmed nor did they agree to pay all of the window chip but only 50%. And their guy cant fix the window chip they want $200 for a new windshield. Bottom line get it in writing. Disappointed.

I recently purchased the 2015 Crosstrek and I waited a month to post my review. I am very pleased with the whole transaction. Shante was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond what I felt was her responsibility. I was also impressed with Mike because when I picked up my car he noticed the fog light was out, ( I wouldnt have noticed that) and he said to bring it back so he can fix that fog light. I highly recommend them. I feel they can be trusted and that is something that is hard to find these days.

We bought a 2012 Chevy Express from him for his asking price of 4,000 with the 500 off for his Black Friday sale and within 3 hours and under 50 miles after driving it the alternator locked up and broke belts. He’s not willing to fix it unless we buy the parts and have it towed to him. He was contacted well within the 72 hours after purchasing this vehicle. Not a very professional business man. He told us everything had been fixed and the vehicle ran great. It ran fine for the first 50 miles then locked up and will no longer run.

Mike also sells used cars at reasonable prices. I plan to return.

While out of town we experienced a flat tire. Mike repaired our tire quickly with friendly service.

Great car buying experience here at Mikes Auto Center! All in one day we were able to test drive and purchase our new used car. Great staff and fast service. They want to do good by you, the customer. The day after we purchased our car we noticed a headlight out on the vehicle. We were unsure if it was like that when we purchased it or if it blew while driving around that 1st night, but they got me in that very same day within hours and they replaced the bulb for us free of charge. Was on my way from Columbus to Cleveland and my Car started misfiring... Just a situation nobody wants to deal with on a quick road trip. The whole staff was very friendly (which is kinda hard to find in this industry at times) and Mike was more than helpful. Got me back on track unbelievably fast and a was a great overall experience. These people fixed our car when it broke down on a Sunday. The cost of the repair was reasonable and we were able to drive it back home.
