I recently purchased a 2021 Honda Passport. This was my first purchase from Honda of Mansfield and my first non-GM vehicle in the last 31 years.I shopped for over 6 months before deciding on the Pilot.The price that I received was much better than I expected based on on-line research and my trade-in was valued much better than I expected based on KBB and Carvana. I had shopped other dealerships, and it was great to be able to purchase locally without paying a penalty.I love the car and the dealer experience has been excellent.

Got a used Honda Ridgeline from somewhere else, brought it here to get fixed—needed new spark plugs and a few other miscellaneous things. They charged me $2300 only to find out that it needs a new engine due to failed block test. They didn’t offer to recoup any cost. Thank goodness I was able to get rid of the Ridgeline but I’m still out $2300. They over charged for work and didn’t have integrity to meet me halfway on misdiagnoses. Save your money and go elsewhere for fraction of cost.
I had a bad experience here. Hopefully this was an exception and not the rule. The salesman didn’t even offer for me sit in the car I was going to buy! No follow through.UPDATE: Thanks for your response Don. I don’t recall the salesman’s name, but he was an elderly gentleman. A nice man, but lacked customer service sales skills. Although I do appreciate your offer to call and work things out, I’m not sure what you could do for me at this point. You see, I found my Avalon at another dealer where I had a great experience. Best car buying experience Ive had to date. No pressure sales. Nice, accommodating, friendly sales staff. Easy to book appointment online to test drive. John Lowe was great to work with. Answered all our questions and made buying my new to me, 2017 CRV a breeze. Test drove on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment after work to sign papers on Monday. John and the finance team worked on rates for me before I got there and had all the paperwork ready to go. I was in an out in a hour. There were no hidden fees or slimly sales practices. Felicia in finance is straight to the point and knowledgeable. They walk you through the process and book your first complimentary oil change right then and there! I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. They knock their competitors car buying experience out of the park!

We recently purchased a 2020 HR-V from Honda of Mansfield. Our sales person, John Lowe, gave us wonderful service. He answered all of our questions, went with us to test drive the vehicle, and encouraged us to look at other models as well. He gave us a review of all the essential workings of car, such as headlights, parking brake, radio, etc that are necessary for safe driving. He also has a very pleasant and endearing personality that made us feel comfortable in making our purchase. We definitely had a five star experience.

We had an excellent experience at Honda of Mansfield. While traveling our 2010 Honda Pilot engine began to have a misfire. The Service Advisor, Luke Boronka was very helpful. He got the car right in to a mechanic. They charged a diagnostic fee to inspect the car. Luke came to us explaining the problem would likely be fixed by replacing two oil pressure sensors. I approved this repair. Luke came back later saying there was a more serious problem. So they removed the oil sensors and only charged the diagnostic repair. I did not speak directly with the mechanic but from the explanation from Luke the mechanic (425 MR) had our best interests in mind and was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and went above and beyond what I expected.Thank you to the Service Department at Honda of Marysville.R/O Number 6320530.
My dad leased a brand new Honda HR-V on July 9th. As he is almost 90, I took him to Honda of Mansfield (formerly Whiteys Auto Mall), to help translate. He has been a very loyal leasing customer for around 40 yrs and lost his favorite salesman to another car dealership. We were met by a VERY friendly young man named Dylan Schluter. Dylan led us step by step through the process with great care and knowledge. Dad and Mom are happy with their new car, and it will be easier to get in and out of than the sedan they traded. I really didnt need to be there at all! Thank you, Dylan for everything!!!

This is part of Mansfield Motor Group. We have been getting our vehicles serviced here for several years. Have never had an issue with the work, fixed right the first time. Prices are comparable to any place else I have had any work done. This is the new Honda building at MMG, nice place. They only work on Hondas here. Not sure how much difference that really makes but so far the work seems to be as good as ever.

I took my husbands 2018 honda accord here for a second opinion on the front sensor bracket issue we had. The first honda dealer I went to said they would fix it for $434, this place tried to charge me $1144! Both dealers said it wouldnt be covered under any warranty and that I had to pay out of pocket. Obviously my husband didnt like these prices so he took the car in and magically its now covered under the extended warranty!! Did I hey treated this way because Im a female or were they just too lazy to look further into it? No idea, but we wont be going back.

This was my fourth Honda dealer in over a year that I have gone to believing my wheel bearing was bad. Every single one told me they were all fine despite the noise and steering getting worse. I was at Honda of Mansfield for less than 20 minutes and they diagnosed the right wheel bearing was bad and had it fixed within an hour! It was all covered under my extended warranty, which they pulled and took care of without me telling them I had a warranty.The staff was amazing and super helpful. My car is so quiet now and it drives better. I would highly recommend anyone to go here!

Sales dealer Jeremy was Amazingly GREAT but when his supervisor stepped in to try to close the deal it pushed me right out the door. Was getting better deals offered to me on text on my phone. Ended up at Roush Honda in Westerville n got a deal this place said wasnt possible.

Wanted to check on Fits and Civics. I could have purchased any model or brand they had on the huge lot but I like a car with good gas mileage and decent cargo space. And i like our CRV. There were no other customers. We were greeted then abandoned. Not even walking up and down rows of new cars could entice anyone to wait on us. After 15 minutes, we got in our car and left, never to return. I was really disappointed to make the 50 mile round trip here. Waste of time and gas, at least on the day we went.
Called in and I was told theyd check my alignment for free then when I get there Im told they charge a fee to even get it on the alignment rack.Shady tactics. I go to the one in Sandusky instead that doesnt try to bait and switch me.
