I LOVE Karen in Steves office at State Farm. She he is the best! She always helps us find great rates for our homes and automobiles. I highly recommend her and the team at State Farm.

Awesome customer service, my rate increased due to an accident I had totally forgot I had and the ladies there really took care of me and worked with me so that it was something I could afford. Looks like there’s only 2 girls there but when I text them I get a fast response😊

My husband and I recently moved to Arlington Texas and had to change agents since were from another State. I loved my State Farm agent in Washington and after some quick research I picked Steve Ernsts office.It took 3 days for someone in his office to follow up with me and the quote I received was incomplete. I asked additional questions and 6 days later, I still have no response. I dont have the kind of time to babysit people to do their jobs and wait for a response. Ive requested that I be transferred to a different State Farm agent in the area, one who values my time and business.Ive been with State Farm for more than 15 years and expect a higher level of service and response from my agent. Clearly, my policies are a blip on Steve Ernsts radar since he never picked up the phone to actually welcome us and his staff lacks the follow up skills needed to give me peace of mind about my insurance.

Steve Ernst is a joke. Hes one of those insurance agents that thinks hes too good to handle his own clients. You only get to speak or see his office staff when you need help. His office staff is completely disorganized and has no idea what the concept of customer service is. They will over-charge you on your policies every chance they get.

We have been with Steve Ernst for years and have always been very satisfied with thei great customer care.
