Y’all, everyone was super courteous and my vehicle repair experience went from stressful to zero stress thanks to them. I would get updates via text which was my preferred method for commutation for the entire process. They even accommodated me for picking up my vehicle past closing. Mansfield area, you are in good hands here.

Terrible work, terrible communication and the management is worse. Took almost 3 months to get a simple fix done. They could not care less about the work they do. The truck had USED parts and unpainted so they did not match. I have not been more disappointed in service quality and quality of work in my life. No call for completion of work, management is a not helpful and is a joke if I’m being honest. They drove my truck 60 miles and will NOT admitted to it even with proof. Now the clutch is slipping which it was not before they got it. Do NOT TRUST these people and do NOT give them your property unless you don’t care about how they treat your property. I will be filling a lawsuit against them. Please go anywhere else, they do not care about quality only quality….

Had a great experience at caliber collision. Went for an oil change and vehicle inspection. They sent me a delailed invoice of my inspection as well as pictures of all the areas they inspected on my car. Good price for great service. This location is a brand new building; very clean with friendly service professionals.

The body work is perfect! You can’t even tell there was ever an accident!The follow up and communication could be better.I get everyone is short staffed right now but just updating the customer more without them needing to call would be very helpful. Even though it took longer than expected I am very happy with the work done.

Heads up Due to Covid tax service turn around times could be longer than expected. Like everywhere else this location is hit with delays on parts and external service. Not their fault but this will add to the expected turn around time. Customer Service, Paint&Body, and Management were top notch and did the best they could do given the conditions.

Great place for collision repair.

This place is horrible do not use this location!! They first promised to call me every Tuesday and Thursday to update me on my vehicle, never happened. I had to call them. Then they gave me a date it would be ready, guess what it didn’t happen. They then told me it would be ready on a Friday, Again didn’t happen. They tell me hey you can pick it up tomorrow (Saturday) guess what!! They are closed on Saturday!! Now i call and the receptionist hangs up on me!!! The manager then tells me that now they are waiting on a tire. So now there is no telling when my truck will be ready…After posting the horrible service I received,at this location, the GM reached out. He did apologize and admitted that his employees where wrong and did what a reputable business does (compensated me for their faults). Caliber as a company is a great company, I just don’t think I will be coming back to this particular location. This is the reason why I am changing the 1 star into a 4. Thank you Caliber for doing the right thing and putting your customers first.

My husband and I are elderly. A piece of trim came off our 2017 trax. I bought the part at a dealer, 8 long, they wanted me to pay 350.00 to put it on, WOW. So i started calling around, Caliber said they would take a look. We went, I met charles, so nice,he took the car around to the shop. A few minutes past, he he came, he said, all fixed, I couldnt believe it. thank you so much, you made our day, and a worry taken off our mind.

Did my state inspection quick and easy.

It was meh. I was told I had to authorize them to do the repair in order for them to give an estimate when I know, because Ive dealt with Caliber before, that that is not the truth. They did the estimate of repairs in a timely fashion but when I came to pick my car up I had to wait forever just for them to bring my car around and when I got it the outside of the car was extremely dirty and there where chalk marks all over my car. They tried to wipe a few of them off with their hands but a whole bunch of them still on the car. I just wasnt impressed by them at all. From the way I was treated I will definitely never use them to repair any of my vehicles in the future.

Very prompt and professional. I cannot even tell my car was damaged. Also, Ron removed some yellow paint on the opposite side of my car where my wife rubbed up against a pole.This is the type of service one should expect from a professional collision repairer.

A car backed out of a parking spot as I was driving by, and rubbed against my door panel. Caliber did a good job buffing and touching up the damage. Service was quick and great.

Horrible customer service. No desire to look at vehicle unless I was paying on my own. Asked if i was working through an insurance company and once confirmed they had no desire to service vehicle. Lady was extremely rude about it and I would never recommend doing business with a company as such.

The repair quality is great,but the fact that no staff member was wearing a STATE MANDATED mask in the office was ridiculous. we’re in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. i’m a public health worker and i was very very dissatisfied with seeing that.also when i dropped my car off the gentlemen informed me that i’d be hearing from someone about my car and updates regarding the repair, i heard NOTHING for a week. i only heard something because I CALLED.they informed me my car would be ready by 5:00pm. i showed up at 5:08 to give them just a little bit more time, when i arrived the lady (no mask) said they’d bring my car up soon... 5 minutes later i see my car come around the corner then gets reversed and taken back inside, the lady then said if i go return my rental car and come back then it should be ready, so i did. upon returning i had to wait until after 5:40pm to receive my vehicle with no explanation as to why.

I needed warranty work done on my truck - the original work was done by Craig’s 10 yrs ago with a lifetime warranty. My service advisor, Gerardo Barrientos researched the claim and advised me that it was covered under the warranty. Work was completed in 2 days and it looks great! Gerardo was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!!!

Not very helpful, didnt want to talk or listen while taking photos of my vehicles vandalism with a PHONE! Key scratches should be taken with something a little more advanced than someones personal phone. How can you estimate how many key scratches are on a white car which pictures from a freaking phone kind of a joke honestly. Im sure they can fix a car but their estimator sucked and was very un pleasant in my opinion. Definitely wouldnt go there if y insurance agency didnt make me.

Constantly lied to about when my vehicle would be done, and only when I called them for information. Never once was I contacted over the course of the two weeks they had my car.

I had scraped the bottom part of my bumper and broken the headlight and other issues. I took my Honda CRV in to Caliber Collision in Mansfield, Texas, on Tuesday, 6-9-2020 and got it back in perfect condition by noon on 6-12-2020. The personnel at Caliber Collision are professional and fair. They did everything to save me money and called several times to give me an estimate (extremely fair) and told me when they could get back to me. Gerardo, the main man we dealt with, was courteous and personable. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The people at Caliber Collision in Mansfield are great! From the staff at the reception desk to those working on my car, everyone played a part in getting the hail damage on my car fixed. Everyone was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I was updated regularly while my car was getting fixed so I knew what to expect and when my car was going to be ready. I highly recommend coming here if you need to get your car fixed!

From the minute Joe showed up to look through my estimate sheet it was miserable. “Do we even do repairs for farmers ?” “Ohhh did you know if I go over the estimate it’s a total loss?” Well Joe did you plan on going over the estimate? AND HE NEVER ONCE SAID “Let’s go look at the car” terrible ...and looking to take money from people through bulked up estimates.

Though my initial dealings started out rocky, in the end and upon receiving my car I was pleased with with Caliber Collision Mansfield. Their quality of work and the way in which they worked with me at the end was greatly appreciated.

2007 pathfinder, one owner drivenWith collision a check engine light came on, seen by the Rivera, and seen by Mario who tried to reset the light twice and I was told, that should fix it.But apparently that didn’t, took it to dealer who said it’s transmission damage and most likely due to accident, called caliber since I had already picked up my pathfinder and has been driving for a month now since they told me not to worry. They asked me to call my insurance company and follow their directions, long story short, insurance said it has nothing to do with accident, and I had to pay out of pocket $6500 to fix it.When caliber say they can do complete collision work, that should include any damage other than cosmetic that you find at the time of accident. when I dropped off the tech said he saw the light on.When my insurance called them about it, they said they don’t know.I was let drive a car with transmission damage (dangerous), they saw the engine light on after the accident, Only did reset, Didn’t try to diagnose what was wrong, and I think when insurance called them to verify I think didn’t acknowledge if the light was on, cost me $$$.Walter and Mario both nice people, but you know what am I going to do with you being nice if you can’t do your work properly.Cosmetically car is fixed fine, 2 stars for that.Will not recommend!

Great service, quick and very professional.

My car gets completely dismantled, then completely put back together without a soul checking the airbag light issue. Received multiple conflicting text messages. They told me they had the airbag issue figured out, then bam totaled because the entire system was faulty. Should have been figured out day one, not 2 weeks later. With that said, the staff was nice. Just poor execution on the order of work. It made as much sense as taking your car to the carwash because the check engine light is on.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! DONT TRUST OTHER REVIEWS, THEY PAY YOU FOR A GOOD REVIEW!!!! Picked up my car that was ready after collision repairs to drivers side, only to find out later Caliber broke my child window lock, plastic paneling and plastic door handle clips and had bleeding clear coat. Broke these parts of my car and tried to pass it off like everything was fixed. Frustrated that I have to make up more time off work Caliber said they would fix the issues. I drop my car off and explain what needed to be fixed and im told that it wasnt apart of the accident report, which i explained these were not broken when i dropped off, Caliber broke it. They agree to fix Car is ready again, go to pick up and clear coat is still messed up, window lock fixed. Wait some more, car is finished, and they still did not fix the plastic paneling thats cracked. Scraped my hand on it today. Absolutely unacceptable. They also pleaded and pushed/haggled for a good review. Manager offered me a full tank of gas or 50 dollar giftcard for a good review. NO THANKS!!! SO DONT TRUST THE REVIEWS ON HERE. Ive been to 2 other caliber collision locations before and i have never had an issue. This place lacks attention to detail, in an industry that requires it, and severely lacks the honesty and integrity to ensure a repair is completed correctly. Do not trust anyone here to complete repairs properly and not break other items on my car.

I had quite a few issues that needed to be fixed that the previous shop clearly missed and/or performed a poor repair on. There were issues with alignment, parts missing, paint match and body work. I was skeptical about taking my Jeep to a shop which just opened and had no reviews. However, Im very glad I took the chance...Gerardo was a pleasure to work with and made meticulous notes of all of the issues. He did what he said he would do and quickly followed-up with the previous repair shop to get the necessary repairs approved and moving forward. When I picked up the vehicle he greeted me, along with his manager Mario, and we all went over the vehicle together to make sure everything was resolved. The car was vacuumed, washed and tires armor alld. They even fixed a few issues I hadnt noticed!I did notice 2 small issues, a slight door alignment issue and a little orange peel in the clear coat, but they didnt argue or try to justify the issues. They simply wanted to make it right. I was given his mobile number so I could let them know when I was bringing it in to get those items fixed. When I brought it in, they very quickly had the issues resolved and completely met my expectations within ~1 hr.The final result was the paint matched dead-on, the body work issues were resolved, the missing parts were present and it drove like new. I didnt have to argue with them or press for things to be made right. They simply wanted to make things right and took pride in their work. The manager also offered to fix 2 other small dents once they get their paintless dent/hail repair team setup as a courtesy for the previous issues I experienced.Thats real service that many shops dont offer these days. I will gladly use this shop again in the future.
