Poor leadership, expensive and not trustworthy. Polite service men but charged way to much and had extra parts installed that were not broken, did not give me my old parts or let me see them. I had a different personal friend of mine ( HVAC) Technion tell me they lied about the work done and time I was charged for.

By far the BEST customer service I have had from ANY company. So long story short, AIRE SERV went way above and beyond what I asked them to do. I called with a leaking gas pipe. Their employee (Donnie) quickly fixed the gas leak. After fixing the gas leak he spent the next 4 hours helping me fix a mistake that Columbia gas had made, and he did not leave my house until I had a fully functioning furnace and water heater. He even went to the hard ware store with me and helped me get all the parts that I needed. VERY WELL RUN COMPANY!
