I had issues with my storage reservation, which affected the number of days i needed the 6x12 trailer i rented. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, and took great care of me. Very happy with the outcome.
Staff at local location was great. Lady on phone to set up reservation didnt explain clearly about pricing. Was surprised when it went from $140 + tax to $203.87. But at least they were open more than I can say about enterprise.
Friendly and expedient service. Entryways and parking lot were cleared by 7, even after we got 10 of snow.
Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
They screwed up on our trailer but then they more than made up for it. Little bit of a hassle but overall a good experience.
