The drivers are good but the poor management and time for the carb to get there is unbelievable do better like we know you can

Your drivers have got worse and worse. Always texting and driving. Constantly swerving all over the roads. Pulling out in front of people. Never turning into the correct lanes. You are not above the law in any way. Better start acting like it. Tint your windows all you want I still got a picture of the driver texting!

Take to long for a cab pay the drivers a little more than what they getting

I called for a ride I waited for over an hr then they showed up finally I was told 20 mins waited 40 called again told 5 mins waited 30 then they showed up after last time I called I I tried calling 5x and no one answered I will not use this service again

Do not recommend this company. Tried getting a ride for a vulnerable adult who cant use rideshare apps. They told me 30 min. 45 min later I called and they said just a few for minutes. 15 min later, no ride. Repeated calls to any of their numbers were subsequently not answered. First call placed at 10:47 pm. Ride showed up at 12:11. For those of you keeping count thats an hour longer than they said.

I was told 30 minutes for a ride - 1.5 hour later still no call and no show. This is after I have used WS Transportation for work and personal. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to save the headache. No more business from me!!

Normally this cab company is pretty alright. Until I had to wait over an hour for a cab. I understand it can get busy. But when the driver finally came after 1hr 15min, he said he was just told about my call. Also i had called twice after the first initial call. Dispatch said oh he should be right there. I called agian 20 mins later, dispatch said the same thing. Even went as far as saying they just talked to the driver and said itll be there in a min. I waited 23 more minutes until a cab finally arrived.

They are never on time you call them and they dont answer the phone they lie about wait times and then when they are late the still charge u full price and their drivers are very nonchalant

Waited 30 minutes for a cab when they said it would be 10 minutes so I was super late for class and then they charged me $13 for a 3 mile drive...I live right up by Madison Avenue, how in the world it took 30 minutes for someone to pick me up is beyond me. I won’t be using this service again, the only reason I rated it a 2 instead of a 1 star is because the cab driver was very friendly and nice, but that doesn’t excuse the poor service I was provided.

Called them wanting food, but didn’t want to leave my house, ws delivered for me. Got my food delivered fast. Very friendly driver, and didn’t even have to worry about going out!

8/23/17 @ about 10:45 AM on Hwy 14 South and turning on Hoffman Rd a WS Transportation van sped past at over the speed limit. On 14 South the driver cut in front of me with a foot to spare off my front bumper. No signal. I had to brake. The driver then sped down Hoffman Rd at over the speed limit in the 45 MPH and then continued at the same speed in the 30 MPH. No courtesy or safety from that driver.

I was running late for a doctors appointment about a week ago when I called WS for their services. They were quick to come and retrieve me and the driver was quite pleasant. The cars were clean and orderly.

Today I was turning left on to 169 from Riverfront Dr, and they were turning right. At that intersection they have a yield sign turning right onto 169. This driver sped up fast behind me and laid on the horn while passing. They need to control their road rage and be more professional. I had a negative interaction with a driver from this company before as well. Very unprofessional.

Took 28 min to get here, when I called I said its been a half hour wheres my ride. The smart ads dispatch guy goes it hasnt been a half hour but he should be there soon? My bad not quite a half hour. Should of went with the service with a good rating

Ive been waiting over an hour for a driver after being told it would be 20 minutes for the pickup. Then only to be told not to be rude to their driver after calling for the fourth time and letting them know that I wasnt going to be giving their driver a tip but still wanted the pickup. Their service has really gone down.They even hung up on me which was rude and unprofessional

Had one of their drivers come within a foot or two of my bumper because they tried to merge last second, then proceeded to flip me off and dance like a child. Called the owner to see what they wanted to do about the new rock chip on my car from the taxi spinning its tires and he began to argue it and told me to call the cops.

I had a great experience with them. Friendly drivers and dispatch. Service has been a lot better lately. They picked me up from the Minneapolis airport and I had excellent service. I would definitely give them a call if you’re looking for a ride around the Mankato area or need to come to the Mankato area.

CARS ARE NICE AND CLEAN BUT MANAGEMENT IS RUDE. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. ZERO QUALITY SERVICE. LADY DISPATCHER HUNG UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMES WHEN ASKED WHEN CAB IS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE. NOT THE CHEAPEST CAB SERVICE IN TOWN. ZERO PATIENCE WITH CUSTOMERS. DISAPPOINTED.

Took 30 minutes for the driver to show up and when i opened the door the cigarette oder was so strong. And then we were driving for not even 2 minutes the driver said, f it. And proceeded to drive the wrong way on a one way street. And then he was speeding 80% of the trip and was going 40mph right past the mayo hospital. I was not impressed and dont recommend this cab service.

Cab arrived on time if not a tad early ( quick response). Got a 13 mile ride and it was the best cab experience Ive had in Kato.

Rude, condescending and $28 per mile? I waited just under an hour for a three block ride. Optd out of round trip. I was courteous and didnt say a word because this driver was ominously attracted to me. These reviews are nuts, its so obvious to see the fake commercial five star ratings the employees are probably forced to write and thats why were all waiting so long. The owner of this company is obviously the son of a moron that gave him a company thats not gonna be a Mankato staple. Im from L.A. and theres companies that stand above the rest and working hard for the image that best suits Mankato values. This company is not even close to trying! One of the 5 star posts is actually condescending and accuses the customers of being the problem? Im not bar crowd and i travel alot, i feel sorry for anyone that ever needs a cab in mankota if this company continues to exploit their customers this way. Obviously graduated from Trump University! And trump blamed the students for being stupid for paying the tuitions lesson learned he said.

This cab company is awful to work with. One of their driver hit my car and drove away, now they are claiming this never happened when their were witnesses in the vehicle. I have the police report to prove it. Then when I called the company today, I female manager I was speaking to hung up on me. This place has no customer service abilities.

Small cab company with newer, clean cars and suvs. Great experience with most/all the drivers. Always arrived on schedule or within their quoted eta.Since I think so highly of WS, here starts my rant...The poor reviews on no shows and late arrivals are likely from bar goers and those trying to get a last min cab ride shortly after a big event. What do you expect at 2am or after a big event?To the reviewer who gave them 1 star because a cabbie flipped them off. You sir, likely cut them off, or forced that driver to make evasive maneuvers. While their action was unprofessional; when you make some people feel unsafe on the road and they know the potential repercussions of a poor drivers actions, sometimes they go overboard with their reaction. Hell, Ive reacted poorly on occasion while driving an 18 wheeler. There are so many inattentive drivers in this town who dont understand they are driving a 3000 lb death machine it drives me crazy. Cabbies, especially those at WS, from my personal observation both in and outside their cars, are fantastic, professional drivers.End rant.
