Lost water in my hog barns overnight on a Sunday. Called and they were out within a few hours, cant beat that kind service.

Dont have them haul in black dirt for fill. After the first rain youll have a yard full of rocks. Thats how there black dirt is I was told. Other than that they are great. They do a professional job and on time. A little pricey but quality work costs money. Just have someone else bring in quality black dirt unless youre looking for a rock garden in your yard

We live in the Minnesota river valley near Henderson on a very challenging site (as we were told by several contractors). I was given Jadd Seppmann & Sons name from a coworker who recently had work done by them and was very happy.Drew Seppmann came out, surveyed our lot and designed a septic system that fit our property and was not crazy expensive like the quote we got from a system designer based in Le Sueur.Drew and his crew worked fast, left the site clean between visits and did an excellent job on the final grade of the site upon completion. I felt like Drew went above and beyond to help us get our septic system replaced. Peggy also provided great guidance throughout the process and was very communicative every step of the way.Ive come to believe this family-owned business does indeed go above and beyond customers expectations as their normal standard of service. I highly recommend Jadd Seppmann & Sons and wish to publicly thank them for everything they did for us.

I live in a farm house and one night this last winter my old well pump stopped working. Even though it was the middle of the night during a snow storm I was able to talk with one of the Seppmanns and they were out within the hour to work on my well. Do not hesitate to call them they are the best.

We discovered water coming from the ground on Monday morning. A water pipe had split. Because of the landscaping, the pipe was under six feet of Earth and some very large boulders. We called Seppmann & Sons right away and Jadd Seppmann arrived 45 minutes later to check it out. A couple hours later he was back with help and some heavy equipment. They dug up the pipe, replaced the damaged section and filled in the hole. I had been worried we might be without water for days, but we had water again by late afternoon. That what I call SERVICE!

If you need a septic system, good luck with these guys. You will have a septic system by how they want it at a price 3 grand from the estimate and not notified till final bill. If you question anything, drew will call and threaten that if he brings the county to your property they will tear your house down because you built illegally. Also, if you notified them about anything, its your fault they didnt get the message. Ask around, everyone is not fond of them. Call people from out of town, then they might listen to you and not screw up your whole basement layout and have a mound the size of Mt. Kato all because their secretary said you can drive big trucks all over the property. Very unprofessional business, save yourself the lawyer fees you will need to fight them and use anyone else.
