When I first placed the order I felt great. Then a couple days from my wedding I called and said hey do you need card information and asked for final set up at 11:30.They called me the day prior to my wedding for chair set up that morning, so I informed them my wedding was the following day.On my wedding day it was pouring. All 40 of my chairs were set right next to a shelter stacked. I paid for delivery and set up, yet there was no set up and my chairs were soaked, could of at least put them stacked INSIDE the shelter……

G&K was a pleasure to work with!!! They were so helpful and patient when I had to make changes at the last minute! The set up was fast and thorough.. I would recommend them 1,000%!!!! Thank you G&K!

I read a LOT of the reviews. We had no problems whatsoever.

Horrible service. I NEVER leave negative reviews, but the experience we had warrants one so others can be aware. First, the prices listed online are not accurate (they are lower than what they actually charge). Second, the website advertises the pipe and draping with a picture of lights included, and the description of the prices does not note that the lights are not included or even that you can pay more to have lights included. The way they have it advertised makes it seem like you are paying for pipe and draping that comes with beautiful lights attached. Much to our surprise, two days before our wedding, G and K showed up an hour late, set up the pipe and draping, left without asking if everything was good to go, and had only set up poles and a white curtain. We paid a ridiculous amount to have a white curtain hung with no lights included! We never would have paid hundreds of dollars for this service. When we called to ask why the lights were not set up, the worker was very rude and stated that that’s just how it is. After a frustrating call, G and K said they could charge us more for lights and come set them up, but they could only give us 16 feet of lights, not the 79 feet that we thought we were paying hundreds of dollars for in our original payment. They came and set up the 16 feet of lights and left without saying anything to us. We then had to come up with our own lighting system for the remaining 63 feet of pipe and draping that they had left bare. The pipe and draping was one of the wedding decorations that I was so excited about and that my husband and I prioritized in our budget, but we ended up EXTREMELY disappointed with G and K’s false advertising and bad service.

We used G&K for our wedding based on a recommendation from a friend. We worked with Eric from New Prague and he did a great job for us. He was very informative, we changed our order several times, even adding a few items the day they were delivering and he was friendly and prompt with everything we needed. The setup crew was also easy to work with and did a great job! We found G&Ks prices were competitive with other rental companies we looked at.

We used G & K out of New Prague for our graduation party. Eric was so easy to work with and focused on customer satisfaction. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

If I could I would give this company 0 stars. The costumer service was horrible. We stopped in 2 times to get an order straight. We even offered to put a deposit down to put our order it place. They called and said we never stopped in and they didnt have a deposit! We just stopped in today and they were very rude they said that they voided our order. Dont get me wrong its a nice place and all, but customer service is a huge part in how you like or dislike a business. Think before you act or say stuff that steers costumers away from your business.

WOW! Terrible customer service from Theresa at Mankato. Reserved a few things things for a grad party in June, got a call on April 28 that they werent sure if theyd be able to get them to me, but they would call in a day or two to let me know for sure. No big deal, right? I understand, things happen, just let me know and if you dont have them, Ill make other arrangements. Never heard back. Not a single call or email. Finally called today (May 17 - almost 3 weeks later) to let me know I could probably get my items. When I told her that I had never heard back from her and that I went elsewhere, she became very rude. I told her I would have appreciated a phone call as promised. She tried blaming it on the fact that she hadnt heard back from another customer. (Because its SO tough to pick up the phone and say, sorry, I dont have an answer for you yet, but wanted to touch base?) She said Your $15 rental isnt my priority. I stopped listening right there. Worst customer service comment EVER. Wow. Our total rental items were probably around $100, but the rudeness of Theresa will ensure that I will NEVER rent from G & K ever again. In my business, I treat EVERY customer with respect and kindness whether they spend $15 or $1500. How does she know what I had planned on renting in the future? Never will do business with someone that doesnt value me as a customer! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

The all time worst customer service I have ever received. Im a person who strives to be very respectful and on time with planning and making payments. I have been treated so poorly by this company. It is 2 weeks before my wedding. I reserved 160 chairs 6 months prior and today with no reason or explanation, they didnt feel like delivering me service for the day of my wedding at Sibley Park. I urge everyone to steer away from this business. Gary has been nothing but rude, late, highly disorganized and incredibly messy. Please, dont go here! Save your time and go to AtoZ rental in Mankato on Riverfront. They are so helpful and hospitable and accommodating.
