This place is clean and nice

Gets my clothes clean ^ fresh. Needs a little remodeling. Love the carts. I can take them out 2 my car.

Its a laundermat. As a kid they were always boring and i hated to go with mom. As a result Ive never taken my kids with to launder clothes; seemed itd be more work to keep them from whinning and bickering due to boredem. Lol. However, i do take my grands with me to the Madison Avenue Laundry; theres wifi, and TV.The place has lots if washers and dryers double and triple loads.Ive never seen the attendant nor did i know there is dry cleaning services.In and out on time, never crowded.

It is 12/28 and while I was in my car facing the entrance watching two families come and go while my clothes were drying one of those families stole my clothes out of the dryer.The owners of the business mailbox is full so I cannot contact them. I will be contacting the authorities. Dont use this laundromat!

This is the first time I have used this dry cleaner, but it will not be the last. While the location itself is dated and part of a laundromat, the service and quality of work I received was exactly what I was hoping for and at a fair price. I have previously used dry cleaning drop off at my area Hy-Vee, but no more.

I drop by husbands shirts off there to be sent out for dry cleaning. Have been doing this for several years. The past 2 months when I get the shirts back I have spots on them like ink or something else. I’ve had to spray, soak and scrub them clean at home after I’ve just paid them to clean them for me. Not happy. I know it’s not the staff’s fault who work there because they send them out but something needs to be said to the dry cleaning place they send them out to.

Its got new machines & is just plain awesome!! also a nice attendant to help if you need it.

Second time I used the place. First time loved it. Second time was ok, but as soon as the machine went unbalanced some lady working there reached in and manhandled my laundry. I could have done that myself thank you. I really didnt like her just randomly touching my familys undergarments. Kind of upset me...then she came back after the load stopped to inspect my load. IF I AM HERE I CAN HANDLE IT. I STAY WITH MY THINGS. If someone isnt I can see her possible need to do it. :( not happy.

Drop my laundry off here 1-2 times a week it was easy and gets done fast!

Spent $80 on items to be heavily starched and creased. Quality did not show after reviewing them, items seemed rushed and no attention to detail. Expensive compared to other cleaners for not so good quality. Haven’t been back since.

Their cleaners gave me my romper back with stains on it and there were no stains on it when I gave it to them. They gave me my money back but couldnt explain how or where the stains came from. Dont waste your time with them.

My dry cleaning was 5 days late getting back. The owner gave the impression that they did not care what I thought and felt. Never bring my business back to them.

I was quoted the wrong price when I dropped my items off. Then when I picked up my items, I discovered that the slacks I had dropped off were not pressed well, which is not acceptable for the more than $8 I had paid for each pair of slacks. I will not be going here again, and I would not recommend this place to others.
