I have loved this store ever since 1986 when my husband purchased my engagement ring here. That was followed by the wedding band, two anniversary rings and a Mother’s ring along with a very special necklace for our 25th anniversary. There is nowhere else we would buy jewelry, the quality of the pieces along with the knowledge of the staff have kept us as customers for decades and even led me here today to get my ears pierced.

I can not even begin to explain how AMAZING my experience was at Exclusively Diamonds! After driving by for quite some time, I finally went in to see if I could have some help making a custom ring for my 35th birthday, graduation, and Christmas gift. I was nervous going in because I dont know much about jewelry so I did not know what to expect. I shared my idea of what I had in mind, and within moments Stephanie was already piecing together my ring! I felt so at ease and comfortable. The selection of what they have in the store was amazing. I knew right then and there, this is who I wanted to work with. Over the next week, we ordered my ring. I ended up stopping in and made a decision to upgrade two of the diamonds before they set it in the band. The next week, it was done. Honestly, it was more beautiful than I remember. Updating this review. After posting I got a call from them wanting to resolve my issue. Service was excellent! They took my ring back the next day and did their best to resolve my issues within the same day! I am very pleased with the service and would recommend anyone to shop here.Original post: I brought my wedding ring in for resizing. The price was decent. My interactions were good. I was excited that they do the adjustment in house. They said my stones were also loose. So I agreed to have them tightened along with resizing. The size is good but in tightening my stones they really marred up the area and it just looks bad. My ring originally had very nice clean lines where the stones lay. Now it just looks mangled. Not sure if they can even fix it so I don’t know what to do. I guess I should have looked at other options. Too bad.

They did a great job resizing my engagement ring. It was rose gold, which is a little harder to work with, but they resized it and polished it and it looks brand new again! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
