This is a wonderful service especially for those of us who are mobility challenged.They seem to have folks drive who are kind personnel and knowlegaale sobriety of topics.Have risen with one ladyShe wala su- PERB,.as have been all of the drivers I have ridden with.

I called them at 2:40pm to ask where they were. They were not at my apartment at 2:23pm. The pick up time was 2:30pm.I asked them what to expect when I got the confirmation call on Tuesday. I asked if they will call or text when they arrive. They said yes. I asked if I needed to confirm my appointment the day of they said no.I have never received a Blue Cross Blue Shield ride without the driver or dispatch contacting me to let me know they have arrived. When I spoke to the manager about it she decided to speak over me and blame me for the unprofessionalism of the person who called to confirm the ride. If it is not apart of their conduct and someone asks what are next steps. what should I expect. They need to directly state the drivers do not contact you. This was not the case as I would have not gone inside for water since I had to take a sedating medication for a procedure and felt anxious just standing in the middle of a sidewalk.They cancelled my ride without contacting me first. I had to contact them. I had to cancel my appointment because last min rides are not an option whether or not one is using medical transport.Trish and Rachel are extremely combative and not customer oriented at all.If I could upload the audio file from my conversations with them then you could hear first hand. I dont have the capacity at this time to figure out how to do that.They were actively escalating the situation instead of being accountable for their lack of proper communication.

I have used your service several times, the drivers have always been very professional and polite. Yesterday our driver went above and beyond to assure that I was comfortable. A trip to Rochester and back in a wheel chair can be very painful, especially after a procedure. Thank you Jason... You deserve 10 stars!

Employees are great to work with, the company cares for the employees, the clients are so wonderful to help and are thankful, so overall a great place to work for

Dont rely on this fly-by-night outfit to make it to your doctors appointments when the wind chill outside is deadly, because you may in fact be kept waiting a very long time only to be insulted by Ashley when you call back to find out what happened and try to reschedule.If AMV cared half as much for customer service or patient confidentiality as they do for their Google rating, theyd be a much better business. Vans dont in fact always show up when and where theyre scheduled, and staff can be extremely rude and condescending when politely informed of their mistakes by former customers.

My child started riding with AMV when she was 4 years old with other children her age. AMV is professional, they have wonderful drivers I trusted with my child, their vans were always clean, and they were always on time. They put the safety and care of my child as a priority and I am forever grateful for their wonderful services. I highly recommend AMV for transportation services! This is a wonderful, professional, caring, and reliable service! Thank you to everyone at AMV! ❤❤

The people are very nice

I am a truck driver and see a lot of AMV vans on the road all over southern MN. These drivers are A+ in my book they are courteous on the road. The service they provide is an awesome thing for people who really on responsible drivers. Appreciate what you do and how you get it done out there AMV.

Americare is a great place to work it is a nice job as part of it is helping people I believe we do an excellent job we transport people to medical appointments and students who are disabled or otherwise cannot normally get the school

Always on time and the drivers are always polite and willing to help you get in and out of the vehicle. I am not in a wheelchair but still received help getting in and out of the vehicle. Will use service as long as they are not booked up. THANK YOU AMV!

I was there earlier to apply for a position. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist who was extremely helpful and friendly.

Well i literally got punished for standing up to a bigot.I had a driver for my colonoscopy today from AMV. On the way there we were talking and she made a very racist remark. You dont do that with me. I basically chewed her out. Well guess who did not have a ride home later. Even the other driver refused to pick me up. They used the excuse that they had to sign for me. But they had already been told that by the case worker who was a RN. So I learned that in small town Minnesota it does not pay to stand up for others rights if you are handicapped.
