Cant say enough good things about MEI. Service is the face of the Company and Dustin takes exceptional care of us. As a university our elevators receive more abuse than most and Dustin is always there to make things right. On the sales side Kirk also takes good care of us providing detailed estimates, bids and contracts to support our students. Kirk is well versed in the State of Minnesota purchasing system making transactions accurate and easy.

Highly recommend this company. They are very professional and easy to deal with. They always send emails stating its time to have elevator checked. The guys that come are always friendly and do their job quickly and with a smile.
