I had somehow obtained a very dangerous malware that was able to modify some of my ram cache. I was not able to sign on as administrator. Nothing I could do would remove this particular malware. After about 10 hours attempting to solve my problem I called Geeks2You and they were able to send out a technician that very same day.In about 3 days they were able to identify the malware and remove it.They were very generous if their pricing and my machine is running perfectly now. They did recommend that other than a very good malware software would be to use a VPN to hide my address. I do that now!I cannot say enough about these folks at Geeks2you.... they are outstanding.

I was able to buy a refurbished laptop from them, which was cheaper than a brand new one, plus Jerry gave me a lesson on all of the features. They thoroughly went thru it and said if I have any issues or problems at all to the contact them. They took as much time as needed to help me. I didnt feel rushed. I had an email problem. First called email provider, waited on hold for 25 minutes then answered a bunch of questions only to be passed on from there and back on hold. I hung up and emailed Geeks before they were open. Got a call back as soon as they opened was given a same day appointment and my tech Julian had me fixed in about 30 minutes including walking me through updating my phone. Great customer service!!

I had these guys do my screen replacement for my Microsoft Surface Pro 7. They did an excellent job, did for $150 less that Microsoft would do it for, got back to me in a week instead of the 3 weeks minimum Microsoft wanted and they were great to work with. In addition to this, they were the only business in town who was willing to replace this screen--no one else would do it. Well, best buy would have sent it out, but I would rather give my money to a local business who wont send my computer to who-knows-where-istan. Anyway, TLDR: Great service, great price, 100% would recommend.

My 2014 MacBook Pros battery was slowly swelling over time, to the point that my trackpad stopped clicking and the keyboard itself was starting to balloon up. did a bit of online research and found that even though the battery still worked fine and registered as healthy, it could be a safety hazard. it also said dont try repairing it yourself (unless you like your laptop well-done), leave it to a trained professional.enter Geeks 2 U. talked to Jerry on the phone, provided the specifics of my model, and was able to get an all-inclusive quote with the hour. it was cheaper than the other places in town that i had called, so i paid up front via credit card and he ordered the new battery right away. three days later i got a text alerting me that it had arrived. i dropped off my laptop in the late afternoon and picked it up the following morning, just as promised. no hidden fees, no B.S., just a perfectly functional (and safe!) laptop ready for some more abuse. ;) he even cleaned up the dusty insides of the laptop while it was open.thanks Jerry, id definitely recommend your work to a friend.

Over the phone it sounded like they were going to get the computer done same day. I was surprised while leaving the computer well have it done in a few days was tossed out there. I called a few days later and they hadnt even looked at the computer. They said theyd have an update the next day. The next day comes and goes no call, no update. Pick up the computer. They were unable to find the issue. 80$ later and I still have the same computer issue. The attempt to sell more space on the computer was questionable. I have 1.65 TB free on the 2nd hard drive. 40 GB free on the main Disk.

My mom brought my laptop here to be fixed after it had an exposed live wire and was broken severely in the corner, because she had heard and seen many positive reviews about this place and the owner. However, our experience quickly went downhill when she first dropped it off. After a week of hearing nothing, my mom called them, only to get no response. She called around 3/4 times within three weeks with NO response at all. This laptop was important, I had a lot of files and work on it, so not having it for three weeks without knowing what had happened was nerve racking. After he called, finally, he informed my family that the cost to repair would be close to $300- I get that the used parts may cost much, but we decided we could buy a new laptop for the same price. My mom decided to go pick it up from the store. The man there informed her that the computer was “in pieces” because someone was trying to fix it- even though we had not given the okay to repair it. She was then told that our computer “was lost” and it took him an HOUR to just find laptop - which was not at all in pieces. After picking it up, the man denied that she had given the charger of my laptop to him, even though this was untrue, and he shortly discovered it was in his possession afterwards. We were immediately unhappy with the business, for the trouble of our laptop. On top of that, he then requested $50 for “diagnosing” our laptop? This price was NOT disclosed when we first gave it to them. We already had known what was wrong and brought it to him for this reason - he told us nothing that we didn’t already knew. After bringing the laptop to another repairman, we discovered the screws on the bottom of the laptop were missing from where they had opened it. The new repairman updated us on every step of the way, and the cost was significantly less than what Geeks2U had told us. Extremely unhappy with this entire service. We did not appreciate the dishonesty and failure to contact us.

I brought in my computer because it wasnt willing to start Saturday morning, got a call in the early afternoon that it was fixed and that they also organized the wires better and altered some connections so it would run more efficiently. Even with all of that, I didnt have to pay anything more than the diagnostic fee. They also didnt try to force a replacement part down my throat like many other repair shops would. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to someone having computer problems.

Just wanted my laptop screen replaced after being broken, took them three days to get the part and another three to even realize they needed to put it in the laptop screen after I had to call them.
