I had a great experience! Nathan worked on my MacBook Pro and was extremely responsive and informative! His prices are fair! He also delivered my computer to me which was an added bonus, this was so appreciated. I would trust him again with any maintenance on my device and would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their devices. 10/10

*note will update when the repair is done-But I can say everyone was friendly and if you have a standard issue I can only assume they will workout for you. My issue seems difficult, and may require hardware replacement. Nonetheless Nathen was very thorough in his questions and front desk was pleasant. Ignore anyone here who says they were unfriendly or unorganized.

Tech Connect Plus is incredible to work with. I bought a used 15 2011 Macbook Pro and I love it! A year and a half of owning it, I did have some hardware issues. However, I never once doubted Nathans ability to save it. Not only did he fix it flawlessly in a timely manner, he did it for a very reasonable price. I will always go to Tech Connect Plus for all my computer needs. Very trustworthy, friendly, and highly recommended!

The employees were great! But the communication was not good they had my computers for 6 or 7 months and they never called and if they did they did not leave a voice mail, I went to get my computers and they did nothing.

These guys saved us big time with their data recovery services. All of our Quickbooks files and pictures came back to us from a failed hard drive.On top of it, they are great at customer service. They keep you updated and always have a warm friendly smile. Cant recommend them enough.

Could barely find the place and after finally getting there one of the receptionists was extremely rude. After I took some time to complete their form she decided to tell me that “he” (the computer technician) was sick with the flu and she had no time estimate on when they would get back to me but still expected me to leave my laptop. Would never go back. Terrible company.
