Very impressed. Had an issue with my car and called these guys. The driver called me right after I got off the phone with the dispatcher to check what kind of car I had - it does require a flatbed truck and cant be towed on its wheels. They showed up VERY quickly and the price was very reasonable as well.

Had my car get towed over Christmas. There was a snow emergency while I was out of town. My car got towed, but the car just down the street did not. They charged me the full tow rate and an extra $70 for it being there for two days. They had zero sympathy for the situation. If you need a tow I’d look elsewhere, I know I will if I need one.

I just had a wonderful experience with Affordable Towing. I was hit with two flat tires on my car at the same time, and luckily they were able to pick up my car and deliver it to my dealership in a quick and timely manner. I also couldn’t complain about the price, it was much lower than I thought it would be. I will continue to use this service if I ever need towing ever again.

Very professional and kind during the stressful time of our accident. Our camper couldnt be disconnected from our 35 foot camper due to damage caused in the accident. They brought in a semi and got them both on. Showed great compassion while we waited for our ride to take us home and as we traveled back and forth to get our personal belingings. Excellent company. They had the tools to get the tire off .. We needed A spare and they called around until they found one. And this was at 9pm Friday night. First of all, I was very impressed with the compassionate customer service I received over the phone when I called. Tow truck operator showed up around the time we agreed upon, and quickly got my vehicle lifted up and off the side of the road. Really feel like I got my moneys worth. All these other reviews are pointing out that it cost them a lot of money and that its not cheap. Well, affordable does not always mean cheap ... it just means that theyre more affordable than some of their competitors. If I ever need to be towed again, (crossing my fingers that I dont) Affordable Towing will definitely be who I call.

After hitting a deer and being stuck in the side of the road waiting on AAA I gave up and called Affordable Towing. A tow truck arrived within a few minutes. Very happy they came through and got my car home to Mankato after being stuck in Madelia for over 6 hours in the cold rainy weather. I will definitely give them a call in the future!

I am the owner of a small trucking company. We had a truck with a dead battery at the shell station. I called them for a jump start. They gave me a very reasonable rate. My driver called 10 minutes after I hung the phone up and said he was running.

No ONE worker here was wearing a mask. That shows that they do not care for their customers!! unprofessional business.

I got incredible service from AT from my initial phone call to Leah to set up the tow and on to Bruce, the driver (owner?). They were both professional, kind, and compassionate to my situation, and even on a sub-zero day, Bruce arrived much earlier than I was told he would.This is my third dealing with this company and I have had the same service each time, so I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their jobs are not easy and they often have people take their frustrations out on them, so dont be swayed by some of the negative reviews you read. They wont let you down if given a real chance and treated with respect and compassion in return..

I had a bad expirence with following google maps and ended up cracking my oil pan on my truck at about 12:30 at night . I called them up they were polite and punctual and the price was amazing. Really helped in a bad situation. Would call them again in a heart beat and tell everyone to give them a call.

Greedy pigs that jack up the price and laugh in your face when you ask them to be reasonable. I was told one rate by the tow truck driver but charged another at the office. They are deliberately taking advantage of people and using your vehicle as hostage and storage fees to force you to comply.

Truck 51 has a pure rage driver. We were in a bit of a jam, slow traffic in both lanes, slightly faster in the left, waiting in line to get past like normal. The driver rode my behind with his giant rig, trying to aggro me off the road. When a short opening appeared to the right he zoomed up and cut me off with no blinker. Too dangerous to the Mankato area to call that guy.

Broke down out of town and found this place on Google. Charged us for the tow when they picked up the vehicle and then told us it was only $25 to store our trailer in their secured lot. Came back into town today and they told us now its $25 PER DAY, which they conveniently left out. Then tried to charge us AGAIN for the tow. They ended up trying to charge us $189 and some change plus the original $65. Dishonest place.

I need a flat bed to tow my AWD car. They show up with a flat bed but the tech clearly had no idea how to work the controls. in the prosaess of attempting to load my car cracked my front bumper before telling me they werent able to help me because my car is to low. I then called all American towing also in Mankato and they sent a tech that was very knowledge able and took the time to properly load my car. Save your self the heart break and go to All American Towing.

They were plowing in my apartment complex. We were told if we didn’t have our vehicles out of the lot by 1PM we would be towed. 4 tow trucks arrived 30 mins before the scheduled time that was emailed to residents and I watched 4 cars get towed away.My car wasn’t towed, but they should have the decency to wait until the scheduled time before towing peopleTotal BS scamming money off of college kids

Locked my keys in my car, I was told 15 minutes. Driver showed up 10 minutes late and it took him almost 20 minutes to get into my car. Also, since it was a “hard one” the price quoted on the phone almost doubled. I have done this before and its never taken more than a couple minutes. Not happy with the service I received last week. If I ever need help again I will be trying someone else.
