Carpets smelled good. Seemed like they were pretty clean. Only thing is, I wished they would have tried harder to get a couple of the stains out that I mentioned. If they were unable to address them they could of let me know they tried but couldnt get them out. I liked that it was a pet friendly application.

Very polite workers and a quick 3 bedroom carpet clean. Didn’t have any furniture so that may have helped with the quick timing. Will try air ducts next.

I had a water leak, got a hold of management and maintenance, who then asked fresh start to come and help clean the carpets. Fresh start came the day of, cleaned the carpet and lifted the carpet in the areas of the water leak and left fans there to help dry things up. We were told theyd stop by some time the next day to check on the carpet and take their fans and equipment if the carpet was dry, waited all day, no one shows up. Waited another 4 days, nothing. So I got a hold of maintenance and informed them that no one from the cleaning company has been by since the initial visit, so maintenance calls the company. Another two days goes by, so a full week later, they come and grab all their equipment while I am at work and only my mom, who doesnt speak great English, is home. I get home from work to find that theyve come by, grabbed all their things and just left without returning my carpet to the way it was.. I can go and just easily lift the carpet up and out. I dont get why they wouldnt have returned the carpet back to the way it was before they came. So another call to maintenance it is.

Fresh Start cleaning & restoration were hired to clean the carpets in a house my family and I had purchased. The house was empty and they had as much time as they could have needed. However the carpets did not smell clean and there was visible cat hair still on the surface. I called to ask if they would come back and redo the cleaning to which I was told that they would send someone out to look at it. The person who showed up and walked in (without a mask) did not give his name. He was extremely rude to my wife repeatedly saying that he did the job. He walked around for 30 minutes asking where all the carpets were and left without a word. When I call the company back all of my calls were sent to voice mail immediately. Do not use this company!!!!

We had our sump pump back up due to a power failure. Called Fresh Start Cleaning and Restoration. 24 hour service is true!! They were there within an hour of me calling. They got to work right away and got the job done way faster than I could have. Extremely friendly and responsive. If we have a need in the future, we will be calling them first!

We have 2 broken vents after cleaning. Some were not cleaned actually only about 3/4. Cleaners did well on some but didn’t get the corners of floors or steps or sills . They used a regular mop same as I have does not get corners clean . Was supposed to get a moisture / mold assessment never heard a word.
