Daytona bike week March of 2021. Purchased focal speakers, and an arc audio amp for a price tag of $1700. At the beginning of June one of the speakers blew. Called both focal and extreme audio multiple times with no call back. Fast forward to September 2021. No sound coming out of my radio because the amp finally went out. Broke down and took it to the local audio store. New amp, new speakers. Got a call from them mid day saying my amp ruined my head unit. Another 1700 in a new head unit because the polarity was reversed..

Called last week to ask about their remote start options. Ace was super helpful over the phone and got me scheduled for the following Friday. Everyone was very friendly and took their time to explain everything and make sure I was happy with my new purchase. The only disappointment was that I forgot to ask how long the install would take, and I didn’t have a plan for the few hour wait. It all turned out perfect in the long run.

Took my vehicle in for a stereo install. Affordable pricing and pretty quick service. Everything works on the stereo and it looks like something that would come right off the showroom floor on a brand new car. Would recommend this business for any stereo needs.

So I wont give a bad review yet.... but.....this will be the third time I have to bring my vehicle back for radio install. I questioned about having my old factory radio reinstalled n was replied to by chance with if youre willing to pay for the labor...but we will get it right. First.....no Im not paying for the labor its been incorrect and this is only week one...we had the work done week of 4/19/2020 and radio hasnt work correctly 2 days in a row yet, and not for the last 3 days at all. I will however give them another chance because they seem to have good reviews n my wife likes the radio the little shes gotten to use it....so....Im hoping for the best....I will absolutely repost after this next repair attempt/and re edit good or bad ...my review... UPDATE....they did get everything resolved it appears....I added a star....

The process was extremely simple. The customer service is top notch. The prices are fair and the work is excellent. I’ve been a costumer for years and I would never have my tint done anywhere else!

Everything works as it should. New location wasnt set up for customers for a several hour installation. Not much choices to go anywhere. I am sure things will be better. Happy with the product.

Quality work at a reasonable price. Im very happy with the install of the remote start and drone device. The only bad thing is the factory heated seats dont stay on like they thought they would.

Very professional and quick. My radio volume dial was broken and unusable. They took an unconventional, creative route to fix it. After 4 months, everything still works perfectly and looks original. Saved me a ton of money since I didnt have to purchase a new radio. Great Job! Would definitely recommend!

Great experience at Extreme Audio! I worked with Craig and Ace. Both were great to work with and very knowledgeable. I had a rear view camera installed, Alpine head unit with CarPlay, and windows tinted. Everything turned out fantastic, sounds awesome. I expected a bubble or two with the window tinting, but they are absolutely perfect, it looks like they were factory tinted. The installation was difficult and turned down by other car audio installers but Extreme Audio did it and everything looks like it came from the factory that way. Incredible craftsmanship! I had to drive 45 minutes to get to their closest location but it was well worth the drive.

Went to Extreme at the advice of Maritime Ford. Brand NEW vehicle and I needed my Sirius radio (external unit) installed. The girl said that she would Velcro the radio to my dash. Instead it was drilled into the passenger side of my dash board. Didnt see it for a couple of weeks because I am the driver. My husband got in yesterday and saw the screws and bumped the radio because it is hanging out into the leg space. Talked to Kurt and he agreed to repair my car.Thank you Extreme Audio for returning my car to its original condition. And putting the parts in a box all nice and neat.very good.

We had our car windows tinted by Extreme Audio. They look beautiful and have completely transformed our traveling experience. The bright sun was damaging our skin and hurting our eyes. The tint cuts out 90% of the UV rays. We feel more relaxed when driving because it isnt so bright. I was worried that it would be too dark at night, but I havent noticed a difference. Thank you, Extreme Audio, for steering us in the right direction.

Great experience all around. Spoke to them several times before finally setting up an install date and time. Once they had my vehicle a few hiccups came about as they always do especially when you have an older vehicle, but I was contacted each time and given multiple ways to handle each issue before they moved forward. I really appreciated this and liked the fact that I had choices. Once the install was done everything was the way I left it in my vehicle except for the new upgrade from the install. If you’re thinking of any work to be done on your vehicle this is the place to go! Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful.

We brought our brand new 2013 crossover in the have the windows tinted. We thought it was a fair price at $260.00. After a hand wash and dry at home. We noticed that when they cut the tint with a razor blade, they also cut through the paint on the rear window. The cut was 3+feet long! They also cut the weather stripping on a side window. We brought it back the next business day (Monday). They apologized and said that they had to talk to the owners to see how to handle this. Now its Thursday and no word. We stopped in and talked to the owner, who also apologized and said it would be taken care of. He took pictures to send to his insurance and that we should get a few estimates done. After no communication, their insurance called and wanted me to fax them a estimate, which I did. A few days later we got a check in the mail. They took care of the issue they caused, but told us no on refunding us our money and have avoided calling me back when I called and asked about the loaner they said we were supposed to get since our brand new car rear hatch has to be repainted and the rear window has to be removed to do this. Its no longer brand new. Please think carefully before you do any business with them. Yes, they paid for something they caused, but I feel as though if you want someones business again you make it better. Not saying no to a refund or even a partial refund. Something!!!

Had some issues wit my car, it wouldnt turn over or anything, and I called extremely audio to come have a look and they sent one of their mechanics Katie over and she did a great job to resolve the issue which was really bad wit wires being cut. Awesome place. Very friendly and knowlegable staff members. Despite the fact that my Dronemobile wasnt added during the day of my installation, its not bad. It was just a simple confusion that happened and was situated. To know and understand that only a few dealers are able to sell and install PRO devices, I am happy with the outcome. I had them installed a Compustar Pro T11. Will be dealing with them again! Highly recommend!

I went to extreme audio to get a new radio system in my car. I went there in late November of last year to schedule appointment and the earliest I was able to get set was December 19th and I had a accident with my car on December 4th. I just reserved parts in earlier November. After my car accident i tried to get my money back and they refused to give me a refund. If you dont have the car how are you supposed to use the parts. Im not happy that I cant get my money back on parts i cant use. Dont go to extreme audio they basically robbed me of a few hundred dollars of parts that I cant use. And I have a completely different car. Extreme audio robbed me and Im incredibly pissed at this business. I will recommend people not to go to extreme audio
