Mary Sprang was the epitome of professional. I was told upfront of my cost,and time. i sent reply to confirm appointment,i sent yes, instead of y, so it was not recognized. They schedule another also in my time,so there is 2 of us, they still do my taxes,and i am comfortable that the tax is correct.Mary explain briefly how I can do better next year by with holding 10% of SS check, to off set tax.I could not be more pleased with my assistance from Mary Sprang. I am going to return always to her. You are fortunate to have her.The price was also reasonable.This year was the best tax experience I have had in many recent years, all because of Assistance from Mary. If possible I would have given no starts at all. I went in to the manitowoc wi location and I felt with a older gentleman and Betsy leclair at first the seemed to be knowledgeable but as they got more into it they didnt seem to know much of anything at all. They kept getting there information wrong from what each other told me and then I clearly told them only reason I went to them was for the refund advance and told them multiple times some how they failed to even put a app in for the advance and cant go back to redo as well they kept back tracking on there own info they put in computer for god sake they couldnt even get my phone number right after multiple times Im still waiting for a call back from management about it maybe my complaint will help that as well please dont use them go else where as theymay have missed a lot more then I know at this point

I would strongly urge you not to use HR Block.I ran our taxes on line on a different site, didnt like the return so i wanted someone else to do them to make sure i was accurate. During our process my wife appointed out that he missed entering some information. And stated we could not itemize. When he finished entering all the information our numbers where off over $800.00 to the negative. When he finally listened to us and itemized we gained back over $800.00 dollars. Come to find out what I did thru another site was accurate. Pretty scarry when a professional makes mistakes like that.
