Steve is awesome! He said he would look at my sewing machine which is a Brother and he was able to diagnose the needle problem quickly!! ( my quilting needle would not lock in) he repaired it and cleaned it and now my official quilting season has started!!! Thank you Steve!!!

Steve is knowledgeable, helpful and reasonable! I thought I was going to have to give in to buying a new machine, and retire my vintage machine. But, he was able to make my Husqvarna Viking 6000 series young again. I am so thankful for the quality work and care he took for my machine! Manitowoc is lucky to have someone who is polite, skilled and reasonably priced to work on sewing machines.
