I harbor hard feelings toward Kay Jewelers even though I have to deal with them now. My husband bought my engagement ring and a necklace here. The engagement ring situation was nothing short of a disaster and they made me feel really bad through the whole situation. I barely got the ring back in time for our wedding and it wasn’t without a lot of stress. We ended up getting the district manager involved to get resolution.Then I sent my ring in to get soddered and re-dipped. There was a personal inscription on the ring they messed up horribly. They said I was lucky it even came out straight (whaaaaat).I continue to be disappointed every time I turn around. I’m sick every time I walk into their store but I have no choice then to deal with them due to the warranty. I no longer go to the Manitowoc location, at least.
