I’ve always had great rides with them, the drivers and nice and friendly and pick up/drop off time is always accurate.

Don’t use this transport service and may never. A driver in an assist to transport vehicle pulled out right in front of me in the construction zone by the 10th street bridge. Took up 2 lanes after he turned. I had to use my brakes fast, and I honked my horn. Another careless and impatient person on the roads on Manitowoc.

This assist to transport van was speeding in excess of 15 mph over the limit, with a medical patient in it, and riding to almost touching my bumper while my child was in the back seat.

An Assist to transport dropped off a patient at the company I work for. Being in the medical field for 8 years I was surprised that this patient was hanging half way out of his seat. Cognitive disorder or not the people who work for this company should preserve every individuals dignity to the best of their ability. When calling the company for a complaint the lady on the phone was incredibly rude. She stated I could talk with her directly and then proceeded to intervene and interrupt when it wasnt what she wanted to hear. I was very upset as well as the family that a patient had been treated this way and NOONE should have to go through something like that.

Jade was my driver and this was my 1st time using medical transport. She was awesome, got me to my appointment on time and was waiting in the waiting room to pick me up. She made my transport very comfortable and was such a nice person to deal with. I hope shell transport me again, if needed. Really pleased with the service.

I drop my client off at Day Program and the lady yelled at me for parking in the driveway when clearly there was quite enough space for her to park next to me. Such lazy idiots! Don’t even care about my client’s friend either!
