I’ve been taking my Pumpkin to see Dr Sutton since I moved here 4 years ago. I’ve also boarded her at Memorial Drive. The staff and the vets have always gone above and beyond to care for my dog. As she is a temperamental chihuahua she can be a little difficult at the vet! But everyone has been very kind and patient with her. They have also worked her in quickly when she was sick and treated her condition promptly. I’m so grateful for the care they have given my dog, thank you Memorial Drive!

Out of the blue, my kitty, who is now 17 years old developed a cyst under her chin. The morning before Christmas Eve it grew so large that it felt as though it could interfere with her breathing. I was overwhelmed. The very next morning we were seen by Dr. Mansfield who was absolutely wonderful and to whom I will always be grateful. You see my cat, who is very loving at home becomes very frightened when visiting the vet. The smell of other animals gives her a sense of danger and shes reluctant to have anyone try to help her. Not even me. Taking command of what could have been a very tense visit Dr. Mansfield and her assistant were competent and kind. They were great with her! Dr. Mansfield prescribed an antibiotic, and shortly after the first dose was given my kitty began to return to her normal routine. Today, she too is enjoying the splendid joy of Christmas and, I might add, a thoughtful gift from the girls at the front desk. Thanks to all those who spent Christmas Eve helping others. Didn’t have to wait long. Dr. we had not seen before was kind, gentle with our dog who is always anxious to be there.. Explained that a medication option for us was quite expensive if we wanted to try it. So far so good. Wish I would have asked about side effects because the info that comes with it is somewhat hard to understand. This is our 3rd dog with this clinic over the span of 38 years.

My baby Elvis stopped breathing. They saved him. Thanks to memorial drive veterinary clinic, I woke up to my sweet boys face this morning. The second I came running through the door they grabbed him and ran him to their er. He was back to breathing moments later.

Today was one of the best experiences I had at the Memorial Drive Vet! Particularly the vet assistant, Hannah! She is so sweet, kind, and wonderful. I can tell she really loves her job and loves my puppy. I feel very comfortable with her and confident she’s taking care of my dog to the best of her ability! As a first time pet owner, I felt a little lost in the process of bringing my cat the vet for surgery. Memorial Vet Clinic made me feel incredibly comfortable by encouraging me to ask questions, communicating every step in the surgery process, and calling me with updates. Dr. Kash and her team reassured me with the ups and downs that came with recovery. I had to travel a bit to reach this vet clinic, and it was well worth it. I would genuinely recommend this place to any pet owner!

Memorial Drive Veterinary Clinic has been taking care of my familys pets for many years. They know their animal medicine, but also have a good pet-side manner. They keep my cats and dogs relatively calm during their examinations and treatments. I am very impressed with this clinic.

The staff is friendly, they listen to your concerns for your fur baby. The front desk, Tech(s) and doctors are professional, kind and caring. The facility is clean.

The vet was wonderful and took the time to explain things and really took the time to help my puppy enjoy his first visit. Only downfall I would say is they need more front desk staff. Check in took long cause they were trying to answer the phone and help people at same time. Check out was even longer for the same reason. They were all wonderful just not enough help for the amount of clients.

They push other tests for your pet. Then they dont give you all the results.

The staff at the clinic are awesome. I know they’re very busy and work hard at their jobs.I trust my dog with them. I’ve boarded my dog a few times and feel confident he’ll be well taken care of.

Dr. Mansfield is an fantastic veterinarian. She is compassionate and very personable. She listens and most of all she makes her clients feel important and liked. Thanks to the team for their efficiency and caring for my pets.

Even with all of the Covid craziness they got us right in when our fur baby swallowed a bit of rat poison. They were very loving and helpful and helped us through a difficult passage and our puppy is fine!

My little chihuahua is called Cujo by all who meet her. That is not her name, but her attitude at 12 years old. The staff were ready for her with the muzzle and kindness. I was very gratefull of the experience and patients that she was given.

The lady I talked to on the phone was great. As with all business, covid has made things more difficult. One family member for a puppy visit w paperwork and stool sample was alot to juggle by we made it through. Staff was very kind! It was a great first puppy visit!

They always take the time to discuss all options available to give our cats the best care. Also great at squeezing us in to see the doctors when something unexpected comes up with one of them.They got me in ASAP with my brothers cat who was in need of help, even though they were very busy. I will be taking his cat there from now on so he can get better care.Another couple visits in the last two days with 2 of my own kitties. One was a wellness/shots visit and the other was a dental. All went very well, they take good care of my fur babies. Biscuit recovered quickly from getting a tooth pulled and a cleaning, he is happier than ever, purring and playing.

Visited 4/15/2020 as my Karma had a piece of bone stuck in her tooth/gum and she was bleeding quite profusely from the mouth. Joe Sutton was very efficient and thorough and called me in my car to explain the problem. He answered all my questions. Thanks Joe! MDVC is doing a great job during this difficult time with the pandemic.

I’ve been taking my pets here for a decade. They always treat me and my animals very well.

Probably the most frustrating experience. They create a liability by trying to handle my dog on their own. This drive up method isnt well thought.

My family has been going here for years and have always done a great job with our pets. Now my wife and I go there for our pets and they have done an awesome job. From emergency calls at night to rush surgery on our dog. I have always had great service and the employees and vets are great. If you need a place to go for your pets, this is the place.

Larry was treated gently at his dental visit and when he was done they explained what was done and what we could do at home.

This place has taken care of my all pets for 35 years. All the vets have been caring and concerned. My recently deceased cat was given the utmost respect to the end. My dog goes there too. They are knowledgeable about all small animals. I love this place.

I take my 3 cats and my daughters dog there. They are awesome doctors they treat the animals with love and respect. They are very knowledgeable when I ask questions and I am very comfortable when I am there. The staff is very nice as well...

My pup is a bit dog reactive and this vet was extremely accommodating. Dr. Erica was wonderful with my puppy. We just moved here from Georgia and I will definitely be returning here.

Cat had diabetes they did not find! Second opinion showed over 500 blood glucose level normal is 80! Revised

Dr. Mansfield is awesome, takes great care of my cats and is price conscious and does not recommend things not necessary for the health of the pets. Vet tech Kim is amazing as well. Kudos to the staff at Memorial Dr. Vet!

Memorial Drive Vets are very friendly and care about getting your pet healthy.

Staff is rude and condescending. They are not concerned about you or your pet and are NOT caring or helpful with anything.They all come off as uninterested and make clients feel like they are actually a burden to them for being there.

From Mary Oliver: To be honest, I was hesitant to bring my dogs to Memorial Drive Veterinary Clinic based on the few negative reviews posted. However, I found the EXACT OPPPOSITE to be true of the clinic. My 11 Year old lab ran into an emergency which required surgery over a weekend. We have just moved to the area and did not have a regular vet yet. The emergency clinic is closed on weekdays and I needed to find a place to transfer my dog to come Monday morning as it appeared she needed a bit more time in the care of a vet. We found this out on Sunday afternoon. While Memorial Drive only has emergency hours for existing clients, I called anyway to see if they would accept her transfer on Monday morning. The vet on call contacted me and was extremely kind and patient. She took time out of her Sunday to contact the emergency clinic and even requested medical records from our preceding vet visits. Above and beyond. The care did not stop there. Come Monday morning, our dog was well enough to come home into our care. We contacted Memorial Drive to update them and the front desk staff asked us to come in for a check up on her vitals. The staff was again, very kind. The doctor we saw was very thorough and made us feel very welcome, to the clinic and the area. Could not have had a better experience and would highly recommend Memorial Drive Veterinary Clinic.

I have been working with Memorial Drive Vet Clinic since the early 1980s. My wife and I have had two dogs at all times. They have provided excellent care and advise for over 30 years. I really appreciate the care they gave to my pets and family...particularly when tough circumstances dictate unpleasant choices. We love Dr. Joe and his entire staff.Pat Flaherty

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Ive been a customer since I was a child when my parents took our pets there. The staff is very rude and not helpful. They are looking for money and do not have a heart. Angela, a receptionist was very cold when I asked for my records and was just plain rude. Sarah, a CVT is also very rude. No bedside manner and just a plain jerk. Amanda, a receptionist is one of the sweetest girls there--very patient, kind, and welcoming. I would NEVER recommend this vet to anyone. Ill travel outside of town to go somewhere worth it. I want someone to treat my pets like family, not another bill coming in.

A nice place to take your pets if they are not feeling good. The staff is very friendly and nice.

Waited 40 min to be seen, rushed through, concerns were hardly addressed. I would prefer to drive more than an hour to our original vet before I go back here. (But Ill try others in the area first)

The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and friendly. The receptionists are not efficient and will make you wait while they carry on a personal conversation.

Called on Tuesday around 12 with concerns about kitty. They told me they would call right back. Two hours later - nothing. I call again now the doc wants us to come in. I told her im on my way and she told me I cant come in right now I have to wait till 3:30. I had to work at 3 so scheduled for 8 the next morning. At appointment no temperature was taken and told us it could possibly be poisoning but to call the gift hotline. Decided to go to a different vet and found out he has a virus. Never again! Horrible

I visit every Friday to deliver blankets and towels for the pets that come in for what ever the reason.

Ive always believed that you can tell a lot about the way a veterinary clinics staff will treat your animal by the way they treat you. If thats true, then pet owners in the Two Rivers/Manitowoc area should be wary of this place.We were recently on vacation in the Two Rivers area and were traveling with our two dogs when one of them began showing symptoms that we knew meant he needed to be seen by a vet. We called Memorial Drive Veterinary Clinic just before 6pm on a Friday and explained our situation only to be rudely told by Rachel Were closing in about 5 minutes but theres an emergency clinic in Port Washington and another in Green Bay. I explained, again, that we werent from the area so just tossing out city names werent going to help us when she informed me that both were about an hour away, one north, one south. Frustration was setting in as we were over 500 miles from home and this clinic was less than 10 minutes away yet unwilling to help merely because we werent regular clients or because they were too eager to get their weekend on. I thanked Rachel for her time, intending to try any other clinics in the area, when she said, Well, I *was* going to see if Port Cities was still open, but and then hung up on me. I guess the magical 6 oclock hour had struck and she no longer had to pretend to care about the animals or their owners. As it turned out, PC wasnt open, but they were willing to see and treat our dog, which they did 25 minutes after Rachel hung up on me.
