I brought my S8+ in to get repaired, the front glass was cracked, & the corners of phone were shattered.I was very pleased with the service,, Workers were very personable People,, price was cheaper than going to my own Carrier. Phone was done within 2 hours, very fast & Excellent work. I was HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY.

My screen replacement was done in about an hour. They performed pre and post replacement analysis of operations. The price was well below what other places charge. Friendly staff and efficient service. Thank you!

A little more of an explanation up front would have been helpful such as...I’ll need your password to change the battery so you can either share with me or turn the password function off for now.Changing the battery only takes about 15 minutes but with customer traffic it could take up to an hour. You can stay if you like and browse or I can call you when it’s completed.And...you’ll notice the new battery is not fully charged. This is by design - That is how they come out of the package. Phone charger repaired but they scratched the screen and now Im getting ghost touches. I plan to bring it back for them to fix ghost touches.The screen scratch is noticable in three places where i imagine is from the tool used to open it.Pros - charge port works good. Fixed in a few hours.Cons - Screen damage and ghost touches that cause windows to minimize randomly.

The charge port on my phone broke suddenly one evening. I scheduled an appointment omline at Batteries Plus for the next morning and had my phone back by noon. What could be better than that?
