Fast service, they will call if they need to install a more expensive part. Reasonably priced. Bad thing is they dont answer their phones when you call.

Employees are passionate and dedicated to doing the best they can to provide quality service to customers. Unfortunately the owner does not share their passion. I encourage anyone to go into one of the 2 stores (Manitowoc and Green Bay) and take a look at the products and pricing. While youre there, even if you dont buy anything, slip one of the techs a $20; because odds are they werent paid on-time, if at all.

Overall good experience. Pleased with the service that the techs provided. I especially liked that they emailed me through each step of the repair to inform me of the status. They answered all my questions and I do believe they were honest. My laptop is in much better shape now that theyve tuned it up. Would recommend for your IT needs.

I have been waiting over a week for the delivery of a computer that was promised to be done in three days...twice! VERY dissatisfied with the service at the Manitowoc facility!
