Pretty good but for $30, they couldve vacuumed the corn nuts out if the door pocket. And a little better on the middle console too. Other than that, a fantastic job.

I dont know if they lifted the tail gait and vacuumed, full of lint, hair and crumbs. Front was still full of bugs, paid $42, dissatisfied. And I paid for polished wheels/tires, I dont think they were done?

Just brought in a large SUV. Paid for the most expensive package they have. Came to over $70. Didnt vacuum between the seats and center console also under the the 3rd row seats. Rims were still really dirty. Salt was still on the truck. Paid to have all console cleaned and still dirt and gunk still all over. I am very disappointed. I paid $74.63 (thats with a $3.09 air freshener) with paying that much money I expect to have my vehicle looking spotless.

Great place to wash your vehicle, whether you have a car or truck. Reasonable prices, and good staff to take care of your vehicle needs. Left my Jeep looking really Good thank you washing staff. 😋😁

The service here is hit or miss. One time you get a great clean. The next time Im curious if it was even cleaned.

Had coupon from previous visit where they didnt do a good job. This time manager made sure my car was cleaned up to pdq standards.

Car wash was very good, but paint was scratched off the rear portion of my vehicle, in several places. Later, I had it inspected and confirmed that the scratches are down to the metal. For a business to pretend that it didnt happen, doesnt make for a good customer experience. Also, my credit card number was stolen and the PDQ Car Wash was the previous transaction prior to the theft. Pay cash only!

They r absolutely great

Over all pretty happy with my visit to PQD. Got the most expensive car wash. They missed cleaning my driver side mirror. The tire shine didnt last even driving out of the building. Not enough problems to make me not go back. Employees didnt seem overly happy. Would have been a bit nicer to see a smile or 2. They seemed short handed. Over all a good experience. The gentleman working the vacuums was a Rockstar. Very helpful! I do recommend this PDQ!

Not impressed. This was the first time Ive treated myself to a carwash/cleaning ever in my life, after a least 6 sets of hands on my vehicle from PDQ staff, there were too many misses, that shouldnt have been. Never again.

I did the drive though, it was okay, but the car wasnt as clean as I had hoped.

Took my SUV here yesterday for a full wash and inside cleaning and when i looked in the back, to my surprise I was somewhat with what I found. This car had a fair amount of dog hair that easily would’ve come out with a easy vacuuming. My time is valuable at work and didn’t have time to get it in my shop and do it myself. So.... For $33 I am NOT expecting a full detail with buff and wax and the whole nine yards. Still had clumps of hair, cup holders not touched, lots of crumbs still left on the floor. I had called and spoke with the manager, Rob, and he was very understanding of the situation and was surprised with the poor quality of the job. I have been in the service industry so I completely understand mistakes do happen, nobody is perfect. Rob was completely understanding, and was able to take care of the issue at hand personally himself! I have been here dozens of times a year, and haven’t had an issue until today. Thank you to manager Rob and the staff to get this matter taken care of, it is a great place to take your car, and management is able to handle things very professionally to make it right. Thank you Rob!

So disappointed...bought the monthly special, hadnt been in for quite a while, asked the gentleman at my car if he could take a little extra time vacuuming the inside as it was really filthy. He stated, and I quote, We do what we do and then waved me off with his hand. When it was done, I could have done a better job at home. Took pictures, didnt look like it was cleaned on the inside at all. Very rude and very hesitant to tip with this type of attitude and service. Will probably cancel my plan.

Pay the $40 unless u wanna drive around salty all winter

Its cheap and you get what you pay for, or a little better than what you pay for. I wish their blowers were more powerful. I still get water beads leftover on the windows.

IT could be a lot better but like always they have young people who just dont care about if the vehicle is really clean especially the tires and rims .on the inside they really good but not outside. the windows are never clean or dry and if they really take a few more minutes everything will be a lot better I have been in about 4 of this pdq car wash in the Wisconsin area and all are the same I own my own busines and in this places management really socks. If you really care about your vehicle please dont take it here you will get more scratches than ever and the service will be the same either the you pay $10 dollars or 80 they just dont care management still sucks mote than ever

I can truly say Im not one to complain. I usually know what Im getting and paying for. However, this place always seems to disappoint. I actually use Magic Car wash to wash my truck. I like their facility better and it does a better job. When it comes to cleaning the interior in Feb, I decided to take it to PDQ. Whoever did the vacuuming, didnt do hardly any. I had to stop over at Magic and use theres to finish the job. There are still salt marks on the bottom of every door panel. My seats still had visible crumbs just from a quick glance. I paid an extra $6 to have 6 rubber mats cleaned. They did a good job on those but left the stationary rubber patch under the E-brake covered in grime and salt. No quick scrub to take off at least some of the white salt look? The dash and radio dials are clean and the center console is almost clean. The back of the front seats which had minor smudge marks from my kids feet....still there. Came right off with a quick swipe of the vaccum at Magic, which I did myself. $33 dollars for a dash clean and a generic car freshener is the way I feel. Ill do it myself next time. In the amount of time it took them, Id do twice as good a job in my garage. Its pretty sad the work ethic displayed by their employees. This truck really wasnt that dirty. It never is. They missed the basics points of winter cleaning. Salt smudges, gravel/ dirt crumbs. Common man!

There was still soap on my truck we will not be back had to re wash by hand.

Paid for their top of the line interior/exterior cleaning. There were still dirty spots on half my windows (didnt wipe down near the dash), the lip of my trunk was never vacuumed and still filled with dirt, and there was still scuffs of mud untouched. The people there were friendly, but I expected more for what I paid.

They did a great job on the my truck. The details could have been a little better but I still was pleased.

I wasnt real happy that the inside was not totally vacuumed and wiped down inside seeing we got the managers special this last sunday

I would openly post the photos, they didn’t vacuum. Dog hair all over, crumbs in the sides of my doors still. I paid for the outside and inside cleaning. I will never be back. Absolutely horrible.

I stopped here today because I didnt have time to clean my car myself. Worse idea ever!!! Other than my car smelling clean, it looks just as bad as when I brought it in!! Even pointed out dirt on the back hatch as I was leaving and they just wiped it off quickly. Floors are still dirty, cup holders were not touched, and the seats were not touched!! I will spread the word and I will never come back!! My 8 year old daughter has done a better job cleaning the car. Inside and out!!

My wife and I have been going to PDQ Car Wash since we moved here from GB, and have been quite happy with the services we have received at this car wash ! Its a great place to get quality car wash done !

I been doing business with pdq for a long time here in Green Bay Wi. I used to love getting my trucks n cars wash n clean there, but Now manager special over $30 n the service is terrible. The last few times I had my vehicles at two locations here in Green Bay main street and oneida street I had to go out n tell them to dry my doors at the bottom, open all my doors, even the back. Cuz they have froze on me n i hand hard time getting in my truck. So hard that it broke the door handle. In side wasnt clean good salt n dirt still on the floor n mats. And when I ask why they was clean, he responded in a nasty way like we dont really Clean inside like my mats, for $3000. Now $30 is a lot of money to me for washing a truck or car. I understand prices have gone up thats FINE!!! BUT THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE N PEOPLE THERE JUST DONT CARE ANYMORE. I WILL JUST GO THROUGH GAS STATIONS CAR WASH..Its a Shame!!! How once a proud n very good car wash have just become a place fast past all they do is half clean cars. Bunch of very rude workers that just dont care n I will not take my cars there anymore. I know to a company like this u dont care just like the people that work for you. Im not expecting to hear or u do anything cuz its just a car washing placing that up the prices, But decrease the work..

By far worst cleaning company ive EVER SEEN! I SPENT 90 BUCKS cleaning my car there was dirt huge smuges sticky stuff and sand on seats and mor it was terrible!

Very disappointed! The only reason I went there was for the interior clean. It looks like the only thing they did was clean the windows. The seats were not vacuumed at all. Every employee waiting to start the process had attitude problems and the one that did speak was very rude. Will not return to PDQ! I will save the money and do it myself as now I have to pay again to finish the job.

Just came from there. Inside is still dirty, armoral is slopped on the dash and other spots were missed with it. The outside still has dead grass and dirt stuck behind the front tires, and the tint on my tail lights is damaged. $40.99 to them for a job that I have to finish and even more work fixing my tail lights. I will never trust them with my vehicle again.
