Lakeshore Restoration LLC was a life saver. We discovered significant water damage from rain after we moved into our apartment. Our landlord contacted Rigo, and he was there to fix the issue almost immediately. When inspecting our walls he found mold as well. Him and his crew worked tirelessly to fix every issue issue. They were always on time, wonderful with communication, and clean workers! I never came home to debris all over the place. They had to open up our walls and I was very pleasantly surprised to come home on the last day of their work to find they patched and painted them. You’d never know they were torn down or anything. Their work is seamless. Highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

I’m so glad I came across this business. My basement flooded due to a heavy rainstorm and I made a few calls around town and surrounding counties with no luck; either prices were too high or never got a call back. These guys were the only ones to get back to me right away! They are so kind professional and down-to-earth. They did an initial inspection and gave me a quote right away. They came in and were very quick yet had extreme attention to detail. They took care of everything and even left my basement cleaner than it’s really ever been. Would highly recommend! By far the best contractor I have ever worked with. Came out first thing next morning after I called identified the problem and walked me through everything that needed to be done. Kept in touch with me on a daily basis when work was finished and updated if anything changed. Work was completed in a timely fashion and house was cleaned up and spotless upon them leaving. Would highly recommend to anyone needing this type of work done. Very friendly also.

Rigo and his team did an excellent job of repairing water damage cracks and plaster repair. They did the hard work of removing sub flooring to abate smoke smell and water damage.

We had a bad water leak in the kitchen of our mobile home. Lakeshore Restoration gave an estimate and the next week started on the job. They removed all of the ruined flooring, etc., and then did a dehumidification overnight. The next day they put in all of the insulation and subflooring. The next day they came, they did the entire kitchen in a beautiful Pergo laminate with matching quarter round. It turned out spectacular! They are very professional and do excellent quality work.

Had a mold issue in the ceiling joists in my basement. Contacted through the BBB website by email in the evening. Heard from owner the next morning, had my estimate by 3 pm in person. He was responding from a job sight in Sheboygan. He was able to do the job immediately. He and his son were honest, professional, and personable. They explained everything they were doing, cleaned everything up with directions for me for the next 24 hours - what to do and not to do in the area. They took time to help me round up my pets to assure their and my safety. They used every safety precaution and understand mold issues. I recommend this business to anyone needing mold eradicated.
