Got double booked twice now. This time I didn’t receive a call until I arrived and was turned away. Now have to find a haircut before leaving for vacation in 24 hours.

Horrible service. They never have an opening unless you want to wait 3 days. This place has gone downhill. It used to be good. I just stopped trying to get in. wont go back.

I just love getting my hair cut here! Kathy is my favorite but all the stylists are friendly and professional. I am in and out so fast with a great cut to last me the next few months. This is always my go to place when I need my style refreshed.

The employee that cut my hair was quite polite. She gave me a great haircut.Update: My initial review was 2 years ago. Im updating it now because I realized that this place has horrible management. I walked in today and tried to get a haircut. I was told I would have to wait a week to get my haircut. Seriously? A week? Only half of the stations were being used. Why not hire more staff? Then customers wouldnt have to wait a week.

Made an appointment online...which was confirmed ....for today at 130pm. Arrived to find that this location is closed on Wednesdays. Thanks for a waste of my time!!

I called ahead and asked if they were able to do a beard trim and also asked how much extra it would be. The lady who trimmed me up missed a whole patch of hair on my upper cheek and also barely trimmed my neck, will not be coming back.

Small place. Food was overcooked. I had a pork chop I couldnt cut with my knife.
