He makes sure your information is always updated and keeps you up on anything new with your vehicle, such as warranties and free oil and tire rotations. Chuck doesn’t make you feel rushed and gets back to you with answers to your questions.Dan, I can’t say enough good things about you and how you run the shop so professional and smoothly. Dan always takes time to listen and talk about any concerns with your vehicle. He took the time to ride with me in my new Jeep to show me how things ran and help connect my phone when I was having issues. He always is on top of things and makes you feel like family at Van Horn, and not just a number. After my oil change today, Dan was out and asking how everything was. So I said “you know what would make this visit perfect? Getting my Jeep washed” So . Dan gave me a coupon and gave me a free wash for my Jeep. Will be a life time customer. Van Horn is always friendly and knowledgeable. They go over the top and treat you like a person and not a number or another dollar coming in. Every experience we have had with them they had always gone above and beyond for us, making us feel comfortable with every part of the process. I will not even look at other places because there customer support and way you are treated here is not worth going without. Can’t thank the staff enough for the amazing work and dedication they provide to there customers.

I receive free oil changes for life because I purchased my Jeep Renegade here. Although I appreciate that extra I was very disappointed that it took an hour & a half to do along with replacing the valve stem on my tire that was a defect from the day of purchase. I think because I wasnt actually spending money for my oil change my service was low priority & took much longer than any other oil change/tire service Ive ever had. It mightve helped if theyd kept me informed as to the timeframe & when I could expect completion instead of me having to go ask well over an hour later.

Dan was a great help and did not give up on me helping me fix my 12 inch navigation system. Great customer service and I sure will be back at Van Horn. Dan Rocks!!

Everything went well from start to finish. I was pleased with the high-quality customer service I received from the counter worker gals. 1 of them thoroughly explained my options for a possible future purchase of tires. She was knowledgeable and not pushy. There were several women working there, which I was happy to see!

Ron was super nice and was able to get me in immediately. He went above and beyond what he had to do and I am really appreciative for that. I would definitely recommend!

Very Slow, not too organized. No one told me when my oil change was done had to ask. Had to ask about garage door opening the guy said drive over the hose. It was a very frustrating visit. Longest oil change EVER.

Had my vehicle towed to VanHorn in Manitowoc after our transmission failed while returning home from up north. Both Christina and Dan were very informative and helpful through the entire frustrating process of dealing with the warranty company to replacing the transmission. I would highly recommend VanHorn of Manitowoc.

Not happy when I asked the tech if he could check the idle because it was running fast and if he could lower it. He said no because its all electronic. Again when he was finished with the oil change I asked, so theres nothing you can do about the idle, again he said no

My daughter had an oil change on Monday November 30th . She picked up the car and began driving back to college in LaCrosse and noticed the hood was lifting. She pulled over in Sheboygan at the Hyundai dealer and they told her the latch was broken and was dangerous to drive. Having no choice she brought it back to Van Horn Manitowoc where we were told several different “stories” before admission that it was broken during the oil change. Now 3 weeks later Van Horn wants me to pay for a latch that was broken during an oil change and more importantly they lied about and let my 21 year old daughter drive down the interstate. I am furious on how this was handled. People need to know that Van Horn could care less about their customers safety. This could have ended in tragedy because of the dishonesty of the Van Horn service department.Sincerely,Brenda Fischer

Oul changed in 45 minutes from arriving quick clean good job

Went in for an oil change and it took at least 30 minutes, then when I left, I stopped to get gas, checked my oil, and it was half a quart low, looked up for the mileages sticker and it had fallen on the dash, and the oil life wasn’t reset in the car, I’m not sure what those kids did for half an hour but I’ve been doing the same job since I was 16 and it’s not that difficult.

Everything was done as expected, in a fast and timely way!

Very friendly and went above and beyond to get our needs met. Especially Christina at Van Horn in Manitowoc!
