Always been particular about going to dealership for service last 14 years. Decided to keep it local during covid and was very pleased. Service, down to earth convo above and beyond. Replaced spark plugs / boots on 2014 for expedition. Very pleased cost was approx $50 less than Broadway GB and gentlemen was so nice did my oil change as well. Will be back. Hard to find this type of service these days.

Even though I have only used the service twice so far, since my now former mechanic did more damage than good. I can say I will be using their service in the future. They have treated me well, kept me informed during repairs, and now my car is 💨 my better than the day I bought it. Along with that, you get what you pay for, and to be honest, their prices are actually low for the level of service you receive. I am recommending Satoris to everyone I know. Had Dodge van in for intermittent sluggish acceleration. Happened only about once per week over several months. When check engine light stayed on I made appointment. Diagnose of code did not indicate an issue. Greg used vehicle for several days and experienced issue once. Check engine light again went on. With his mechanical experience and code from computer he determined what likely was the problem. Sensor was replaced and problem has not presented itself since. I feel Greg went above and beyond normal customer service to diagnose the problem.

I requested to have them give me a quote on what it would cost to have my AC fixed. The employee that worked the countered informed me that it would cost between $120-$240 for the diagnostic, which I was good with. When they finally finished my vehicle, they called and gave me a laundry list of things that needed repair, such as tires which I did not need. I said to them, I did not request you to do a complete assessment of my vehicle, I needed a quote on the AC. The guy at the counter tried to tell me he did it as a complimentary service and they actually had way more time in that what they charged me.This did not sit well with me. It was like going to the dentist to get your teeth cleaned and then they inform you that you need a compete knee replacement and they charged you for the knee exam. I felt like they wanted to do whatever they could to get the full diagnostic price.I donated my $240 to them and took my vehicle elsewhere. I will never go back, nor will I suggest them to anyone else. If you do not obtain any knowledge about vehicles, this company will take advantage of you.

Greg Satori is a good and trustworthy man. He cares about his customers and deals with them fairly. He has been willing to bend over backwards to help me in difficult automotive situations, and he ensures that his shop is run well. Support his business because he supports his community. Also he has a lovely singing voice.

Come here at your own risk!***Let me break it down for you how my experience was and how un-professional they were compared to other professional car services (They do shady business practices here).-This PlaceIt was very strange when I took my vehicle in that they did not give me a quote at first before making the repairs that I needed which ended up with me needing to replace 3 parts just for one side of my car. After coming in hearing everything is finished they gave me a total of over $500 just for those 3 parts alone (Way overpriced!) however, they also had my keys and my car in the shop so they werent exactly going to let me get my car back until I paid (horrible experience no integrity).-Vs other professional car servicesI had the same problem as before however this time I needed 6pcs total to make repairs for both sides of my car. At first, they did not charge me for an inspection of what needed to be done. Yes free inspection $0. They later called me giving me a quote on how much it would all cost BEFORE DOING THE REPAIRS and with the replacement of these 6 parts the grand total would only be $340!I paid $340 for the same parts that needed replacement for both sides of my vehicle (6 parts total) vs $500+ for the same parts for only one side of my vehicle (3 parts total)!So you tell me if they are fair.-So to recap everything for you this place will rip you off if your not careful. Something I should have paid less than $250 for 3 parts only one side of my vehicle came up to $500+. Thats some shady business practice here.Go to any other more established car service than this place.

This was my first time having satoris work on one of my vehicles. I chose them because Ive rented a car a few times from their location and was extremely satisfied. Their repair center is top notch. They are friendly, professional and experienced. I like that they called me to let me know progress and updates. They are extremely thorough in their inspection. I love that. Great job and I give them a two thumbs up.

Disappointed. Understand its touchless, but when I got home and walked around my vehicle just ended up washing by hand.

My first time getting service here was great, staff was friendly and the alignment I came in for was done correctly. However the reason for the 1 star is after leaving the business and about a mile down the road my car would get to 25 then freak out and go into abs. I called satoris to see what could the problem be. The gentleman said it was a steering sensor that needed to be reset, doto the alignment and I would have to bring the car back the following week and charge me $80 to reset the steering sensor. Thats something you do after an alignment. Everywhere else reset the sensor for free. For this reason I will never return.

Spoke to Ben on the phone at Satoris. He was professional and courteous. I was able to book an appointment quickly. Their business is clean and appeared to be state of the art. Their mechanics are Honda Certified which was an important factor in choosing them. The entire experience was pleasant. Satoris will be my automotive service of choice..

We had a great experience trading cars at Satoris Auto. We had a late model vehicle we bought new. After driving it for a year, and trying to like it, we did not. We wanted a different vehicle, but did not want to pay for another new one, and did not want a lot of hassel. I was going to take our Camry to LeMieux but after reading Satori’s mission statement I decided to stay local for service. They did exactly what I asked. Checked it over and were very thorough. Very satisfied

There was a lot of stuff that needed to be done on my car. It was a little crazy going back and forth with the inspector and actually setting up a time to do all this work. Once my car was finally there, they were able to fix it and were done when they said they were going to be. I even got a rental car so that I wouldnt have to bother my family to give me rides everywhere. The price was a bit over what they said it was going to be, but if you put it into perspective, the price was great compared to if I didnt have this special insurance, it would be a lot more. They also had my car for 4 days and had to take the engine apart, so the price was fine for what all needed to be done. When I picked up my car, there was no confrontation with returning the rental and I was even asked to go where they do all the work on the cars so that they could explain all the parts they replaced and why they were there. Very educational! Finally, they even sent me pictures to show what they were doing, which was very cool. Overall, I appreciate everything they have done to fix my car. Thanks Satoris!!

I found the estimated costs accurately and staff pointed out less costly alternatives to service I thought necessary. The facility is very clean, neat and well organized. Upon bringing my car in for service they were very concise in their estimate and did what was requested in a very timely and professional manner. Started with tires which I ordered separately, then some general maintenance. True to the estimate for both jobs; showed me bad parts they replaced; car wash included with work over a certain amount of money; wifi in the waiting lounge and loaners if needed. They were able to pick me up / drop me off so I didnt need a loaner.

My first time here... And definitely found a new mechanic!! Theyre honest, trustworthy and do great work. I used to drive 40+ minutes to get my VW fixed. But from now on Ill be going to Satoris!!

We moved to this area about 2 years ago. It has been an absolute delight using Satoris. We have a couple of unusual cars (1st generation Honda insight for one) that takes some extra knowledge in servicing. They have gone out of their way to make sure our cars are repaired and repaired right. I would say more honest than the day is long.

We were traveling and our fuel line started leaking in an old rabbit convertible. They took it in and fixed it the next day, saved our trip. Greg and his staff are the best. While waiting to do the paper work and reading the wall plaques you can see they are very supportive of there schools and community, we need more business people like the Satoris.

Ben Satori was wonderful to work with. They did a great job in the autobody department. I appreciated the thorough check they did on our Mariner, but felt pushed into doing more than we could afford. In addition, we have a regular mechanic that we see for our vehicle needs.

I took one vehicle in and had decent service when another gentleman took care of my vehicle and it was good. The last time was completely overpriced for what was done and I was also insulted as the owner Gregg made an assumption which is a big mistake when operating a business. I am no mechanic however I have done my own auto work and do own a fair bit of tools which include a battery charger and a cheap car computer. I wouldnt recommend anyone ever coming here as I consulted with another shop afterwards and they even said the price was to high for doing nothing but charging a battery and then after saying the battery was bad that they still had to test more. If I could give a 0 star review I would . As well a piece of advice to Gregg is to shutdown on any assumptions directly to a customer as it has cost you a repeat customer.

Ok so it’s like 5:30 am on March 21st and I need a car wash,I spot this place.it takes credit cards which is awesome, pay and the over head door opens and I swear it looks like the gates of heaven opening! What a nice clean,bright inviting car wash, car felt cleaner before water even came on! Many moons ago I ran a full service conveyer wash so I know a little and Am super anal about keeping my cars clean,and for ten bucks wow! What a nice job keep in In mind it was like 25 degrees out and the dryer got all but a couple drops of water off!! I especially like the tile floor,what a nice touch! Never seen that an in automated wash before.People are going to read this and laugh probably but in all seriousness this is a great wash for the money!And wash equipment is a huge investment taking years to recoup,these folks cared enough to put in a very nice wash!! Give it a shot!

Called Satori’s about a problem we had with a tire. They took me in right away, gave us a loaner car. It was done later in the day . We couldn’t have been happier!!! Great service, friendly guys!! Will use them again.

My elderly mother had taken her car here to get serviced, two or three times total, back in 2005. Shortly after one servicing, I was unable to start the car while out running errands. I opened the hood and noticed one of the battery terminals was EXTREMELY corroded. Dont know how they missed something so obvious and easy to fix. Another time she was charged $600 for a brake job and the brakes felt exactly the same as before she took it in for service, like one of the calipers was froze up. I told her to stop going here for service. Im glad other people are having better luck than she did with Satoris.

Cant say enough good about this place. We were headed to Alabama and noticed a problem. We drove around for an hour or so trying to find s shop to take a look at the vehicle. Finally after no one in the immediate area would help us we started making calls and they worked is in on a Friday afternoon around 3pm. Gave us a complete assessment of the situation and what needed to be done to fix it. Unfortunately, we did not have the time so the vehicle was ran back to Green Bay and swapped out. This could have been a disaster in another state far from home, but because of this shop we made an adjustment and continued on with our vacation. All I can say is THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Since you asked.............Ive personally worked on cars all my life. Ive built several National award winning show cars and Drag Race cars. Ive built custom cars for professional athletes. I won a Super 16 Drag race at the Nationals in 2011 in Kentucky, I have my own product line that I manufacture and sell of fabricated race car parts, etc, etc. I guess you can say I know my way around cars and the basics there of.Now about the review;I always get good results at Satoris, (although you do know how to charge top dollar for this service!) The one thing I cant tolerate is the way and manner of how Im talked to when dealing with the owner (Greg). He talks down to me like Ive never even opened the hood of an automobile! He knows darn well who I am and what I know about cars, but still is determined to speak to me in that demeaning manner...... and that really irritates me. So much to the point that Ill avoid going back at all costs.If someone is not knowledgeable about automotive related facts, issues, etc., its fine to go into detail and explain to them what can happen if they dont do the right thing with their car, but to try to drum up extra cash flow my trying to sell me things I really dont need or care to pay for at this time in this demeaning manner is just done in poor taste! How would you like it if I came in and told you how to be more efficient and how to run your business, and if you dont do the things I say youll be bankrupt and out of business? Yeaa..... thats the way I feel when you talk about my engine destroying itself because I didnt change my fuel filter on time!I understand about cash flow and trying to promote more work based on looking over the customers car and determining what it may need, but dont be so blatantly obvious. It looks bad to anyone that knows what its all about in the automotive repair business. (and believe me..... Im not the only person that feels that way.)

Traveling to Manitowoc visiting relatives I had a transmission/drivetrain issue with my Dodge Dakota. Based on the web site information and a recommendation from my relative I decided to drop off the truck and have it repaired. They quoted a reasonable range of diagnostic fees and I left the truck with them. I didnt hear from them so after lunch the next day I called to get a status. They had not started the diagnosis but said they would get to it later that afternoon. I did get a call later that afternoon and they said they could not repair the truck but that they had expended the maximum time estimated. From the information I gave them and their own test drive which confirmed the problem I feel it should not have taken them that long to figure out that the repair was not possible at their shop (even though the website said that they do transmission repair).In my opinion, I felt that they ran a full battery of tests at my expense to determine what else may have been wrong to maximise their opportunity.Their website offer of free loaner cars was also misleading as none was available but I was offered a rental car at additional cost. They probably do have a loaner car or two but the rental car offer appeared to be just another profit opportunity.The company must do good work based on the positive reviews, but in my case, all I saw was a maximum charge for a repair that they could not do and probably should have known that they would not do.

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!Owner wanted a picture of the front and back of my credit card and also a picture of my drivers license !!! Im not comfortable giving that information to someone I dont know given todays identity theft. Greg told me this was required until a relationship is established. I told him I would come in and pay in person but then like to be billed in the future. He then said I was demanding, the kind of customer he did not want and declined my business.
