Service is outstanding, and they take the time to find the right policy for you. Ive had multiple kinds of policies and have had more than a few claims over the years and have had outstanding customer service for resolving claims and ease of filing for loss. Make these individuals give you what you want to hear. I was in there one day after reviewing my policy and finding multiple things I did not need, never asked for and even did not qualify for. I found myself having to ask multiple times, as they tried to avoid the questions I had. You will pay more unless you look into your policy by yourself, and you still might not get the results you want because they put themselves first.
