I am so pleased with this company! The technicians arrived on time, were thorough and professional, and did an absolutely amazing job!! I had never had my air ducts cleaned and was hesitant because of how many scams I see on Facebook but the entire process was great. They responded to my inquiry instantly, got me scheduled right away, called me to answer all of my questions, and made me feel very confident with their company before they even arrived for my scheduled appointment. When they came, they walked me through the process and the young men were so nice! During the job, I asked to watch the job on their live camera and I couldn’t believe how dirty my vents were! By the time they finished, the vents were spotless. I was in awe! I would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone and I will be sharing their info with my friends and family and calling them when it’s time for my next cleaning. Thank you Real Clean Air!

Total Scam Artist here. Watch out. This company Real Clean Air came out to my home on Dec 17th to Clean my vents. We had problems with our vent afterwards because they took it apart and cut holes in it to clean it. and one vent fell from inside the wall and disconnected from the part in the basement because of them not putting it back together correctly. The guys who came out were nice, but the work wasnt very good. I have reached out to them previously and they delete any of my comments and messages. Now theyve been deleting my reviews. He tried to say I was not his customer, but I still have the receipt to prove I paid their business for their services. And Bank statements to prove they were paid. He blocked me from commenting on his business page, and blocked me from his persona page. So for a customer who has a problem, it sure is horrible to block them and not try to resolve the issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! Or you might have problems too! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES for sure! A real good business wouldnt block a customer when they complain about an issue. Theyd try to fix it. This guys way of fixing it, is deleting anything anyone says negative and blocking them so he looks like he has good reviews. STAY AWAY pic to prove we paid them because they will say we arent their customer.

We recently moved into a new home and bought a new dryer. There was a burning smell. I spoke to someone over the phone and they told me things I could try with it being a new dryer before paying to have everything cleaned, it worked & I appreciated it (they didn’t charge me for the advice over the phone either). Will use in the future when we get the air ducts cleaned.

From the great gal who handled our initial contact, answered all my questions and responded immediately by text (which was very helpful) to the man who came to do the work- the job was professional and very well done. I paid to have my dryer vent cleaned- it is a difficult task in how it is set up, the cleaner was there much longer than he intended. He rearranged his schedule to complete the job. This company did my house, my mom’s, my sister’s, my daughter’s and my neighbors. I wouldn’t have recommended them if they were not a professional company acting with integrity.

The tech was very clean cut and knowledgeable. He showed me the video before and after and the collection bag. We keep our house very clean so I was amazed at how much actually sits inside air ducts. They also removed a bird nest from my dryer vent that could have caused a fire. I highly recommend Real Clean Air.
