Hard to believe this company has such a high rating considering they left me hanging TWICE in one week. Called end of last week to request someone come out to give me an estimate on work. Was told someone would call me to schedule that. They never did. I called back spoke with receptionist who had to search a few minutes to locate my info and request for someone to call me to get this job done a 2nd time. Nice. After contacting the guy who happened to be in town, she tells me he will call me today and come over to my property to give the estimate. Guy never showed up and NEVER bothered to call. I sat here waiting for a ghost. In light of this past years Pandemic, I guess my business is needed after all.

Very Professional Company. They have the right equipment and know how to use it safely. This was a big job with 19 trees involved. I thought they would take 2 days and they did it in 5 hours. The guys from Hummel Tree Service are AMAZING! They come in and show serious concern for existing lawn and plantings as they worked to get this huge dead tree out of the farthest corner of the lawn. They worked quickly and efficiently in an amazingly coordinated way that took this tree from picture 1 to picture 2 in a couple of hours without damaging the fence going in next door or anything in our yard. The cost was what I expected and couldnt be happier with the out come. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree care or removal.

Travis and his team did an amazing job removing two big dead elm trees from a difficult spot close behind our house. They have the right tools and know how to use them. That includes a crane that lifted each piece of each tree up and over house. We had total confidence. Excellent work, on time, reasonably priced. I would give them six stars if I could.

A lot of dead and surplus trees on our lot. We had used Brinker before he affiliated with Hummel. This is an everybody wins situation. Joel is very good at identifying problems, actual and potential. The 3 men that were here, nearly all day, were courteous, knowledgeable, very safety conscious, and worked very hard, almost without interruption for 5-6 hours. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Hummel Tree Service. We will be back, Travis!

Took over 2 weeks just to schedule an estimate and then they cancelled the day of the appointment, multiple times. Decided to go with another company.

They were great. They removed the dead tree slickly without touching the surrounding trees and added a treatment on the stump that killed the poison ivy there. I wont hesitated to use them again when needed.

We had a very large maple removed from next to our house, along with three smaller crabapples, and some trimming done to a large oak in our front yard. It was worth the price. These guys did great work, got it done on time, cleaned up everything. We couldnt be more pleased with the results. This was a huge, multi-trunk maple that could have crushed most of our house if it fell. I am very glad not to be thinking of that possibility any more.

Everyone was so easy to work with. They were polite, professional, and everyone worked very hard. As huge as the tree trunk was, I was surprised how fast they removed it from the roof. They were very conscious of my house and the neighbors in getting the trunk to the trailer without further damage. They made it look so easy. They saw to it that my driveway was fixed in record time. Excellent service. W had two very mature honey locust trees go down during a storm after a week of constant rain and then 70 MPH wind, with one of the trees landing against our house. I called them immediately and they were on site early the next morning. Extremely professional, careful, attentive to detail, and fast. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have had these guys in my back yard twice, a few years apart. Spring 2018 was the most recent time. They are absolutely INCREDIBLE. They are friendly, experienced, know what they are doing, and fast. When they leave the job, the site is spotless. From taking down a huge tree close to the house, to removing smaller trees, to trimming deadwood out of the top of mature trees, these guys do it all. They even removed some large unwanted bushes (as long as they were there). I believe that their prices are very fair and reasonable. I have recommended Hummel Tree Service to family and friends, and if I could give them 6 stars, I would.

From beginning to end, this was a wonderful experience. I had several large, old growth cottonwoods in a cluster in close proximity to two buildings and several fences. Even with this tight working space, they were able to get their equipment in and got the job done. They were very safety conscious; not just for themselves, but for my buildings and structures as well. They did a superb clean up job when it was all done.

Awesome working with these guys. Came out and gave us an accurate estimate of removing multiple large limbs and worked with us on exactly what we wanted done. Came back and kicked butt and got all the work done before noon, cleaned everything up and hauled it all away. Also cleaned up a few extra branches no extra charge. Called Hummel to trim a tree that had several limbs, a few rather large, to remove them from the power line to my house. I have a very large red oak tree with some branches that were close to electric lines coming to my house, and also branches hanging over my house.
