This is the company that our insurance used to tow our vehicle. First, they showed up 4 hours late to pick up the car. Second, they stated the car would be in storage overnight (this was Sunday) and taken to the shop on Monday. Fast forward to today - which is Friday - and it’s STILL in storage. The only thing we can think is that they’re trying to get more money from our insurance company (which then raises OUR rates) for storage fees. Absolutely NO reason this should have taken so long!!!!!

Labor day we were making our way through Kansas on I-70 pulling a fifth wheel camper when we had an axle weld break on the camper that quickly stopped us. The State Trooper that pulled over to help us called Affordable towing and they were on it. They were able to get a mobile welding truck to us within about an hour (on a holiday). Daniel was able to fix the original weld break replacing the spring brackets entirely and even spotted the broken welds on the opposing side of the trailer saving us a second breakdown, hundreds of dollars, and so much time as it would have broken shortly after if not found. These guys know what their doing and I could not recomend them more. If you ever find yourself in the area and in a jam, CALL THEM.Thank you all so much for getting us back on the road quickly, it is so appreciated!

This is an excellent and helpful company! My motorcycle had become hopelessly stuck in mud and no other tow company was willing or able to help me. Fortunately after a quick phone call Daniel, Scott, Josh and Chris were able to push my motorcycle a quarter mile through deep mud to their truck, in the dark, and then drop it off at my home. Daniel seriously saved me and my family a heap of grief. I can’t thank him enough for his generosity and kind nature.My wife, two young boys, and I were two hours from home planning to enjoy a weekend of camping. We literally made it to the campground, but before we could find our site, our truck just stopped. Like stuck in the middle of the road, not moving, stopped. Wonderful service and great punctuality, within 20 minutes of my car breaking down an associate got out to the interstate helped me and even took me to a mechanic nearby. The mechanic looked at my car for no cost and even gave an estimate on how much it would be to fix the vehicle. Affordable Towing also offered to take my broke down vehicle and give me a discounted price for another one that could help finish my trip. The worked are very respectable and helpful they even called and get a price for a regular U haul as well.

Its clear these guys reputation and reviews speak highly as to what you can expect but I need to throw in my two cents as well.First of all, I cant say thank you enough to these guys. Everyone I dealt with was super down to earth, were continually focused on helping and my well being and in my opinion, and most importantly, honest.I really found myself in a tough spot. I was traveling west to east across Kansas to get in line for the FEMA trailers during the Virus of Mass Destruction right before lock downs began around the country. My truck had been having issues with the serpentine belt for at least 100 miles and a pulley and mount basically came out, leaving me stuck off of I-70.Even having a spare belt, I still couldnt get things lined up so knew a tow was going to be necessary. I Googled tow service and saw the good ratings and the word Affordable so I gave them a call. Daniel answered, and after filling him in on the situation and location, he was quickly on his way. Keeping contact throughout, which helped make a somewhat stressful seem a bit more manageable.Another quick evaluation on site confirmed that the only option was a tow, and being later in the day, with shops closed Daniel took my vehicle back to their lot.Unbelievably, Daniel was able to work some magic in the local part pipeline and got the missing pieces to get me up and running again. I could go on and on about how much these guys really helped me out and want to be clear each breakdown is different, not promising miracles, if your situation is, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations for a random tow company in Kansas. Nothing about this company was random. Everything felt genuine.If you are reading this, you survived the Virus. Daniel is a god. This man at 2 am in the morning SAW us girls (two ladies and one extra car) struggling to change a spare. He WILLING AND FOR FREE stopped to help us change it and made sure we had a safe passage to get home. My truck broke down randomly and as I was literally being told by my insurance company that I did not have roadside assistance on the phone when Daniel from affordable towing was driving by on his way to drop a car off in junction city and stopped to help us. It was around 5pm on a Saturday and I had my five year old with me, so traffic was busy. Daniel’s main concern was getting my truck my son and I to a safer location. After a long 4 hour drive I was about 2 miles from my house and my car just completely shut off. Scared with 5 kids, right off a very busy road BARELY in a drive way I was stuck. All of a sudden a nice gentleman pulled up. He asked if I was alright, one of my children was crying and he heard her and immediately ask if she was ok. My sister who I called to come help me showed up. He said he couldnt let us sit at 1230 at night on Kimball Ave with 5 kids. So he helped load the kids in my sisters car and towed me home. It really touched my heart. 70 people passed us and not one cared I had 5 kids stranded in my car. It was fast, affordable, late and he was a legit gentleman. I recommend these guys to EVERYONE.
