Jeremy is one of the few engine mechanics who are a wizard at what they do! He is extremely accommodating and has a vast knowledge of engine repair. I recommend him to everyone i know! You wont be disappointed in his work.

We just moved to town and needed to buy a lawn mower. Its Fall so there isnt a big selection of new mowers to choose from. We found Hard Knocks through the internet and checked them out. Superb service. Our older mower presented a tough issue, but Jeremy stuck with it and solved the problem. It was well worth the time and he saved us several hundred dollars--he restored the old machine to the best working order so we didnt have to spend a lot of money buying a replacement. The mower works better than ever. If you want great service and results and someone wholl go the extra mile, this is the place.

Jeremy is the owner and he knows his engines! He will explain the how and why the part broke or is not working. I appreciate this, so I have been dealing with him for 2 or 3 years now.

Although Jeremy sometimes gets really busy and takes awhile to get ours done he is as honest a guy Ive ever met. His repairs are superb and he goes above and beyond.Our mower needed the pull cord assembly replaced. He changed the oil, replaced the spark plug and sharpened the blade. I thought I was in for it. When he gave me the bill it was a good deal for just the starter I thought.Hes worked on several of my tools and it always the same, excellent. I would suggest getting summer equipment in during the cold months. There will be more time and he can use the support while things are slow.

An excellent small-engine repair company! Although I had changed my lawnmowers spark plug, air filter, and oil and put in fresh gas, the mower was almost impossible to start, and when it did, it would stop after about ten seconds. I brought my mower into Hard Knocks Repair on a Tuesday, and two days later Jeremy had in fixed and up and running perfectly. In fact, thanks to his work, my mower now stars more easily than it did when it was new. Jeremy really knows his stuff and gets repairs done in a short time frame. I give him and Hard Knocks an A+.

They have some friendly staff and they try to find the best solution for the customer. Jeremy does a good job of explaining the details of the engine when diagnosing the issue. My engine wasnt able to be repaired but I was able to leave with a refurbished mower that I felt was a great deal.

Veteran owned and operated. Only show in town for small engine repair for tractors and mowers but doesnt take advantage of this. Quality work for reasonable prices and stands behind his work. If there was someplace else to take my work, I wouldnt.

Loved it the person i met thatvworked there sold me my mower for 50 dollars.thing ran likena dream the next week had an issuing took it by to get looked at and he fixed it without charging me a repair fee. Highly recommend this place for repairs or buying a used mower i had to.
