If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is garbage. We are military, and found a home on zillow to rent. Listed as a 3 bed, 2 bath home. When we arrived, nothing was like the pictures. Half painted walls. Stained carpets. The hardwood floors were just awful. There was not two baths, yet one and a half. That two bathroom is important for our family with young kids. We traveled for two days to arrive here in Manhattan at around 9pm. Did a quick walkthrough, got the keys and slept on the floor. Woke up in the morning and immediately decided to re-list this house, and move into another. They showed the property about 10 times, and eventually signed someone up for a lease that started AFTER our existing lease would end. WHAT THE CRAP! Are they stupid? The entire point was to be OUT of our lease. Anyways, we have paid the rent and the utilities the three months. The owner decided to let us out of our lease to do some much needed renovations on the dump, and thus cutting us a check for the security deposit. Only for it to bounce in my account, making our account negative. Again, WHAT THE CRAP! What company makes you wright rent checks to the owner? And what company lets the owner wright checks to you, that bounce? For the record, our home is rented out back home, and we do business through a valid real estate company, and its operated nothing like this. Stay away!!! Oh, and their office smells like dog crap.

Waiting for security deposit to be returned. Its been four months since we were out and keep getting told its in the mail.

Jerry Istas is our landlord and we mainly work with Marye in the office. Every time weve submitted a maintenance request theyve had someone out same day and the problem is usually resolved within a few days. We had a tree root problem in the past month that was causing drainage problems. They were very good at communicating with us and keeping us up to date via email and phone calls. Everyone has been friendly and honest about what to expect. We have yet to have a complaint with Landmark Realty and honestly, theyve been the best management company that Ive worked with over the past few years Ive been in school. Would highly recommend!

Agents are rude and rarely answer their phones. Very unhelpful.

Landlord threatened me. Landlord was never available and did not give us an alternative number to contact in case of emergency. Also tried to rip us off with our security deposits.
