I went to this shop for the first time. I wanted to buy a litter box and something for my cats. They have a huge variety of products in the store. There were more cats and dogs toys lined up in the store. They have a seasonal products too. Of course, many dog ​​toys were lined up at the store. There are many types of Litter boxes, dry foods, and canned foods, which can be purchased individually. Almost all shelves were tidy it up. Easy to find out what I need to get. Employys were very friendly and helpful!

This is one of the smaller pet smarts i have been in. Not a bad store its just a hit or miss when you are looking for some things. One thing i didnt like was when i went in there was boxes everywhere and it was hard to get around some of them.

Was a lovely experience and everyone was very helpful. It is even to network with other pet owners👍🏾💯🍻 We even grabbed a dog tag and watched the laser machine engrave it💯💯💯

Always a great place to get specialized or regular animal items. Plus you get to see all the awesome fish and other animals they have.

I enjoy going to PetSmart and shopping for my fur babies! This particular time I was looking for an inexpensive pad for my pups kennel but I was unable to find one less than $35. The prices for food are a little overdramatic and I can find the same food elsewhere for cheaper. PetSmart does have great deals on grooming though. I also enjoy their treat selection for my pups as well.

Ashley is completely rude and out of line. I asked her for some help with a medicine I needed for my pet and she very reluctantly helped me. Shes very sarcastic with what she does and completely unprofessional. When my step son goes in to ask for crickets she counts them out very slowly while the other associates are able to get me what I need in a much quicker manner. She needs to learn her job better before she should be able to work around people.

Quick, clean, and friendly! They were very kind to my elderly dog who had a great time picking out her birthday toy and treat, and were kind to point out the dog birthday treats that were both safe, healthy, affordable, and the best smelling treat ever according to my lab. They had a nice selection of safe quality toys.

Horrible awful place where dey put me in a room and torture me by clipping my bootiful nails, hate it! Do not rekommend! Mum made me give five stars because she likes how dey clip my nails (Im gonna steal her pillow for dis), I like getting pets by the nice ppl at the register 🐶, I hide behind dem from da nail torture room 🤫 go for da pets, avoid da room!

Not a pet place anymore, just a overpriced supply store. Disappointing. Took the family to look for a hamster, bird, lizard, etc Not any. No cats, dogs, etc. Employees were friendly, line was long.

Wasnt impressed with this grooming trip. Was supposed to be a week earlier but somehow Petsmart messed it up. Petsmart said we would get an additional 10% off on top of senior day but that didnt happen. Also dont care for the groomer.

I’ve honestly never been more impressed with my dogs grooming. I have a husky mix so his coat is a bit unmanageable with me so why not let the professionals do it. I picked him up, and never have I been SO HAPPY with the results. I told the guy exsctly where I wanted him trimmed, otherwise didn’t want anything else cut. I picked him up he looked perfect and so happy. He had a deshed bath, his coat was so freaking soft, he smelled amazing, and he was completely dry. He’s completely ready for summer. I’m sure he’s given the others a run for their money trying to dry him, but today was an amazing experience. I will be booking with the same person, I can’t remember his name currently, but he was amazing with my dog and my dog loved him which is rare, he’s sweet but not that sweet lol. If petsmart employees read this, thank you from the bottom of my heart, I’m so pleased!! 💕

Would not recommend bringing your pet her to be groomed. I took my German Shepard mix in to be groomed and was told that it would be $66.00 for a wash, haircut, ear solution, teach cleaning and nails. Turned out to be $96.97, the nails cost $23.00 for some reason and she was completely covered in loose hair. Additionally, I had to get the clippers to clean up some areas that were missed ( belly/chest, paws, and behind the legs). I would expect the quality to be much better for nearly $100, and will not be coming back.

Had exactly what I needed, and I was able to find it in the store right away and be out of the store and under 10 minutes.

One of the most poorly maintained trails Ive ever been on. Its not marked anywhere where youre supposed to be going. Theres glass scattered around the trail. Absolutely do not take dogs here, we left and ended up picking glass out of paws.It has the potential to be beautiful its just so poorly maintained Id never return or recommend.

A good Pet Store, we needed to fine a winter coat for our small dog and found one. Its a very friendly and helpful business when it comes to Pets.

Took my dog here to be groomed, they checked her ears for mites before they took her back. Her ears were at that time mite free and already clean, however, a few days after picking my dog up she started to show signs of ear mites. On top of the grooming fee I also had to spend an additional $10 to treat the mites they clearly gave her and she was extremely uncomfortable. I will never take my baby here again. They were very nice but that doesn’t make up for cleanliness.

Neat & clean with helpful employees. The store is smaller than most but not lacking in the normal. Im a turtle owner - bout the only supply lacking. All in all, Id call it superior

I love taking my Sadie here! The ladies were very friendly and cared a lot about her needs and were listening to Sadies cues through the grooming process. The few things I wish was different was the pricing, which is 100% the corporates doing ($63 base price turns into $95 ish, which is overall worth it). Also, the few times Ive been, they 100% disclosed to me that they wouldnt cut my girls hair since it is not typically a good idea for Huskys. Thats okay, I just wish that PetSmart had an option to do a full bath and FURminator only, since they are forcing me to pay for a full haircut when they can only do a trim on her? Also, this last time, I didnt notice until I got home that my Sadie had quite a few untrimed hairs between her toes, back of her legs and stomach. Overall, I would recommend them because they are a lovely staff and they do have a time constraint. Just make sure you take a full look over your dog and tell them there what you want different, because they tell you that if you dont like what you see, they will take them and correct them right then and there. I took my dog Max here to get groomed and when I got him back he looked like a new dog! I was amazed at the groomers ability to ease his nerves being around someone new and I liked the fact that he was cleaned to the T.

They provided first rate service, especially in the fish department. The sales associate was very polite and knowledgeable.

The initial start was great. A very nice young lady with blonde hair greeted us and asked what we were looking for. Thats where it ends. Never got help on the floor. We stood there for over 10 min. Waiting to get some questions answered. Ended up just leaving. But the young lady from the beginning did happily wish us a good day.

Two weeks ago I adopted a Robo Dwarf hamster from here. Uneducated, I bought a Tiny Tales hamster cage that had 218 square inches of floor space. After two days my hamster still had not gotten adjusted to his new environment and was constantly chewing on the bars. They gave me a hamster care guide that did not educate me at all on PROPER hamster care. After doing a bit of research I found out that ALL hamster breeds, even tiny dwarf hamsters need a bare minimum of 450 square inches of floor space and atleast 6 inches of bedding so that they can burrow. I wasted $40 on a cage that is unsuitable and doesnt even allow for two inches of bedding when you can convert a clear storage bin into a large, suitable hamster cage. The Tiny Tales brand that Petsmart owns needs to be shut down. If you really cared about your animals you wouldnt sell such unsuitable cages and you would actually have educated employees who do more than hand you a care guide that says to wash your hands after handling your hamster. The only good thing that came out of this experience is I rescued Smudge (my hamster) from the tiny glass box they kept him in.

Not too shabby. You could find some great deals. Betta selections are...ok. Fish section sometimes has good deals and mostly kept clean. Good selections for dogs and cats. Clean and a variety of reptiles. They can price match products to online prices with no issues.

Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful. My dog is shy but the employees there try to make her feel comfortable.

Customer service is nice. They only have teenagers who work in the store. They have horrible house brand cat litter. My bunny food hasn’t been in stock for repurchase For 6 months BC they don’t adjust inventory for demand. They have a set amount and never change that. My cat food is out of stock at the store now and online. I was told to try to order my rabbit food that I couldn’t find in store and my cat food that was in stock at the time online so I did, got an order confirmation, and then they canceled my order. This is the worst pet store ever. On top of that the food here for my animals is 30% more expensive than at Petco and 40% more expensive than at target.

They have what I need and the staff are friendly. I think they need a bit snake handling experience. Every snakes Ive recieved from them has been a sweetheart but for some reason many of them say theyre aggressive. Either or nice people.

I need to know something about an animal at mine they are always there to answer what they came for me. If they dont know they will tell me where I can do research at. They are always friendly and willing to help in every way possible. they do not follow you around in the store like they dont trust you they will ask you if you need help and they Will go on and let you shop. All the employees there that Ive had dealings with are always pleasant smiling and make you feel welcome. Thats my PetSmart is my favorite place when it comes to my animals

Ive come in a few time to grab food/toys for my dog and cats. Everyone Ive encountered has been nice and helpful. Today my dog got groomed for the first time and shes so clean and looks great! Jasmine was lovely and the prices are pretty reasonable. For my 71 pound golden retriever mix it cost $105 after tax to get the furminator grooming and her nails filed down which isnt bad at all!

If you are looking for an AMAZING groomer, check out Amber! She grooms our st. Bernard and he looks so good every single time! Plus, he loves her and she is so good with the dogs!! I would 100% recommend petsmart grooming, especially Amber!
