Fantastic service! I called about unwanted bats on the outside of my home.They were quick to respond and got me scheduled in just a few days for an inspection. The inspector was through and friendly. Thankfully no bats inside the home.

Matt, the tech that sprayed, was very thorough and took time to get the entire property sprayed! Our original concern was to spray for ticks, but the product they spray covers that plus fleas, chiggers, and mosquitoes! Ever since our first spraying back in June, there’s been a noticeable absence of these pests! I highly recommend this company to take care of your pest control needs! I messaged American Pest Management immediately when I discovered several large wasp nests on my home. I received a prompt response and I had an appointment the next morning. They do a great job of keeping the pests out. Even with a bad ant year they have made several follow-ups to keep them out. This is the least amount of ants we’ve had inside since we moved in. If you see something, they are quick to come out and stop the problem.

I messaged American Pest early one morning around 4:30 because I heard a noise coming from our attic. They called me that day to schedule an inspection, which was today 7th of June. Doug came out and with in about 20min he found what the problem is and how to prevent it. He was very thorough, allowed me to fallow behind like an intrigued little kid to learn more. I was SO IMPRESSED with Art and Kenny. Theyve been past our house on two different occasions for bat removal and their knowledge and service is remarkable. As they inspected our home they were dropping some very helpful hints on ways to improve our roofing, cut down on the opportunities for water damage, gave me a thorough explanation for how the bats in our chimney made their way in and answered all of the questions that I had. Were signed up for their yearly pest control. The spray our interior and set up traps around the exterior. We havent seen many pests (apart from dead ones). We did have a small issue with ants at one point in which they promptly came over and took care of it. Definitely a great service!

Ive been using this company for a little over a year and Im pretty happy with them. They are pleasant to work and the employees who come to the house are polite. It definitely made a difference with the number of bugs I was finding in our basement.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I needed someone to come help with a snake situation next to my house and they couldnt come out for several weeks. But they did give me some tips later to possibly help with future situations.

Andrew came to our front door and stated he was here to spray the outside of our home. The sprayer was loud and not used in the past sprays and we could smell the insecticide (not too strong) in the home which we had never before. We still please with the service.

Joe showed up on time and was very courteous. He took time to answer my questions and explain the treatment plan. Joe always handles our quarterly services with expedience and professionalism.2.19.21 Update: I just used American Pest Mgmt. for something other than regular pest treatment and am, again, very pleased. Darren was professional and found and removed the problem, a dead bird in our dryer vent, quickly. He left a charcoal bag to help absorb the remaining odor and placed a new cover over our outside dryer vent. A+ service yet again!

He was very thorough, and efficient. For follow up/monthly treatments, he works with our schedule, and is always courteous.
