I have used Katies way for TMS & it literally saved my life! The staff was so patient & amazing! The TMS coordinator is so kind & understanding & the psychiatrist that overs sees the program is phenomenal. Very supportive encouraging place to be to get treatment!

Katies Way is the best! My child has been with them for many years and she has made great improvements. They are great from the front of the house to the back. Staff understand customer service and treat you like a customer. I love them!

Have been using Katie’s way for a few years. Life changing. Put your name on the list, you won’t be disappointed.

Claimed to have worked with Children for years but were very blunt and not understanding of his situation. After a few sessions they decided he was fine. His current therapist with a different facility is very understanding and patient. Explains everything, teaches skills and has worked to build a client/therapist relationship. Night and day difference. Would not recommend bringing your children here.

I was cut off a medication that I really needed that helped my anxiety all because I was too anxious and paranoid for phone calls

Dr. Smith was amazing with our little one and was able to diagnose him as ASD Lvl 3 at age 2 yrs but more than that she gave my husband and I tools to understand what was going on, help us to help him and gave us hope.

Therapy: I agree with other poster, they do not seem very educated. She didn’t seem to really know what to say or how to assist. She read my information and began asking me if I knew such and such who was a friend of hers and someone I I used to work with. Made me feel uncomfortable like she may share information with that person about me being a client.Psychiatrist: Educated, nice, but unfortunately I won’t be back due to refill errors and office staff not assisting me with an appointment or ATLEAST other resources to see someone else when I was having a difficult time and needed an appointment.Really seems like the clients don’t matter. After 5pm? Weekend? Having a hard time? Sorry your on your own.

Amazing place. Such a wonderful resource in our community. One of my children explained it best: It is full of nice people who want to help you! Highly recommended.

Went for an appointment, the therapist was obviously not educated in what we were needing help with. Instead of just saying so she made some comments that were not appropriate. I emailed the therapist and her supervisor addressing my concerns and they ignored me completely. They acted like it never happened and I didn’t address it. The staff otherwise was wonderful. But clearly they are not concerned with the wellbeing of their clients.

Great place. Super understanding and actually care about their patients. Lots of toys to keep kids busy. The only thing I dont really like is the parking is horrible. But definelty a great place to go.

I don’t personally go to Katie’s way but my friend does and her therapist isn’t acting like she should she’s taking the mother’s side and agreeing that SHE is the problem I would not recommend her

Being apart of Katies Way is such an honor. Katie was my big sister. To see how much good can come out of a very tragic story, & to help others from having to have the same fate. Mental health is just as important as physical health & it should not be something to be ashamed of. The truth is, if you are struggling with something, most likely someone else is also. You dont have to fight alone.

KWs staff is excellent! They remembered my name and small talk we would make before every appointment. They were accommodating, welcoming and friendly. Dr. Porter and Katrina were super helpful in a casual, human way. I would definitely reccomend this place! Not to mention it was founded on a great cause.

Professional, loving, and supportive staff have provided outstanding service. Dr. Matt is brilliant and very personable.

I just call this business they wont accept certain insurance I was also interested to pay cash and they wont help me
