This place is disgusting. Only half of the washers and dryers work, there is mold in ALL of the washers, the ceiling has holes that look like water damage and all moldy, you have to bang on the washers for your coins to go in. DONT waste your time. It’s so nasty.

Wash Palace is always clean and well managed but there needs to be a sign that can be seen where it use to be, by the parking spaces. I went on Sunday and I went home because I could only see the sign of Sew It Seams and thought Wash Palace was closed. I know its open now but other people might not.

Not really any cheaper than Krispy Klean. Half the washers dont work, have trouble getting some of the dryers to take change, and the bathroom is locked outside of business hours. Doesnt look like the owners are too interested in making improvements.

No ATM here anymore. This place used to be convenient and not too expensive, but now with higher wash prices and now no ATM its just not worth going to. Bathrooms locked too after hours. Recommend this owner go to a coinless operation and make this place more user friendly.

Can someone do something about the very rude people here im not coming back here ever again these people will take all the washing machines it should be one per person the machines have been broken for long time now im never coming back I actually got told today that this person needed three washers this rude behavior im not tolerating

Clean. Everything worked with money going in easily. Supplies for laundry with good selection. Clean restroom. Quiet. Places to sit down. Coin changer worked. Theres always the office open to help you.

We were out of our home town and needed to do laundry. The machines appeared to be very clean and did a good job on our clothes. There was a lady working there had we needed any help. There were at least 15 to 20 washing machines there and I believe there were as many dryers too. The front load washers took about 36 minutes to wash the clothes and about the same amount of time to dry them. We were very happy with our experience there. They also have a few video games there and a pool table.

Awful. These higher reviews cannot be true. Must have been written by friends and families. Very expensive. It’s dirty. The machines never work. Especially the dryers. The bathroom is always locked. There’s no one in the office to unlock the bathrooms. I honestly think it’s worth driving to JC or Wamego instead. Which is too bad because this is a good location.Update: Found out there is a laundry mat on Westport drive. Very nice!

Needs someone to clean over the weekend but its very spacious for washing if needed

Always kept up and clean. I can gonno matter what time of day or night and still feel safe and comfortable being there with or without a buddy.

They could fix some machines that have been unusable for months but the working machines do a good job, ceiling tiles need replaced that are dusty and have stains.

Favorite laundry mat always clean

I have used this facility several times in the past, and it was great..staff was friendly and when machines has problems they facilitated the need and paid for fixing the problem. After the business changed hands, they do not care if thier machines rip you off and argue that they work. Today I used 4 front triple washers and out of the four one barely put any water in it to wash my clothes so I had to re wash and buy more soap...when I let the staff know he told me to take it up with management... And when I did, she said she was sorry but no one else has complained and she is not giving me my money back! Several of the other patrons here told us, they wont give you your money back unless their machine is completely out of order....thats just crap....crappy service and sad that its gone down hill!!

Lost $5 in the change machine on a Saturday. Witnessed one other family lose money too. No where was a phone number posted for help with such needs. I will have to wait until Monday and contact a worker. Not good business practice.

Place used to be decent to laundry at, but went in and they lowered the minutes on the dryer to 4 minutes for .25. Thats a rip off and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

The machines were good and fast but the high cost if doing our laundry was shocking to us travelers.

Quiet and clean.

They did very poor job. My suite and shirt were damaged and they did not do anything!!! Shirt is over $100. Suite is over $1000!!! I lost both! crazy!

Filthy. Dryers dont heat well at all. Spent $3 drying and took my clothes home wet. Several machines have two coin slots one works one takes your money. I wont return.

Clean. Cheap. And they have 5 load washers.

Only thing missing is a kitchen sink.
