If you’re boarding a horse or looking to take lessons, this is the place to go! Earl is a very knowledgeable horseman and will take great care of you and your horse! Very welcoming barn, I would recommend this stable to everyone! I’ll be so sad to leave when I graduate.

Earl is an awesome teacher. I had a lot of background doing low-level jumping and upper level dressage, but it was all on very quiet, easy lesson horses. I told him that my goals were to be confident on more difficult horses and higher fences. I dont know how it happened, but here I am a year later having been cross-country, swimming, and to multiple shows where Im jumping higher than Ive ever shown before, all on a horse that I wouldnt have touched before I got to High Horse. He has horses for all levels, from the 5 year olds just getting started on ponies, to adults that have never ridden before, to adult amateurs like me that want to improve in certain areas. Hes also great at adapting his teaching to his students needs and rebuilding confidence after mishaps. Plus, his facilities are incredible and he takes great care of the horses, both his own and his boarders. I also love that his schedule is flexible. As a vet student, I never know what my workload is going to be like from week to week, and Earl always has a time when I can come ride. Ive ridden with most of the big barns in the area, and Earl is definitely the best and most consistent that Ive been with!

This morning I had the pleasure of riding Bell!!! Earl was more than teacher he made me feel comfortbale and confident even when I wasnt quit getting it at first lol. I live in Houston Teaxs where horse riding is a must!! I wanted to gain more confidence and with Earls help over the next few months I believe I will be able to accomplish my goal of riding and grooming a horse properly when the time comes to purchase my own!!

Great place to ride

Earl is a wonderful teacher. He is great lesson horses at a variety of levels. I have been so pleased riding here. The facility is beautiful and the people/animals are so kind

The instructor Earl is a great teacher, very patient, very kind and nice, enthusiastic in teaching. He is the best equestrian instructor I have ever met. I have only had three lessons there and already made a lot progresses. Will definitely keep practicing there.

We had our first lessons there and Earl was great with giving lessons to my 4 year old and myself. We are both beginners but are now thinking about taking up riding together because of our experience. WONDERFUL Place!!!!
