I sought a Sports Massage from Body First Wellness and was astounded by the high quality care. Chase is the real deal, and is the best Sports Massage Therapist I have worked with. His knowledge is current, founded in science and he is passionate about helping people move better! Anyone who considers themselves an athlete, or that work in a profession which is physically demanding should seek his services. Strongly recommend you give this business a call and ask for Chase if your experiencing muscle pain, tightness or abnormal fatigue. Simply said, he will discover the root of the problem and be a resounding contributor to a meaningful and lasting solution!
This is a very nice facility tucked away on the west side of town. They have a very large tennis court and several different rooms for all your different fitness needs. I hear they have great massages too! The staff are very friendly and they have very convenient hours. Ill definitely be joining and referring friends!
I was able to get in today for a much-needed massage. Megan was wonderful and helped work out some kinks in my back and neck. She was great!
Great environment and very clean. Jessica is undoubtedly the best masseuse I have ever had. She can cater to whatever your needs are and is very friendly.
Would highly recommend Doug Sellers the massage therapist. He has many years of experience and uses his knowledge as a certified personal trainer to go above and beyond when helping me solve issues with my muscles related to both stress and running. $55 for 60 mins is a huge bargain for the expert care I would get. It will be hard to replace Doug now that my husband and I have moved away.
I am from out of town but was able to get in on the weekend as I was in town for a game. Doug was very friendly and professional, and listened to my issues beforehand and gave an excellent massage for what seemed like a very fair price.
Awesome place! Great classes, folks, and massages!!
Good people. Great staff. Always helpful. Relaxing environment.
I received a massage with Mary today. Seriously, yaall, the woman is a miracle worker. Its like she is the artist and you are the canvas and she is a magnificent artist. The dance she dances is a familiar one that she has practiced over and over. You know the scene in Kung Fu Panda where Master ShiFu retrieves the dragon scroll? Graceful fluid movements..... I cant wait to go back! Also, the grounds that the facility are on are picturesque. There are rolling hills, wildlife, and the wood astethic of the structure set it part visually from any other gym in town. It is absolutely lovely. Stop by to find out what your favorite feature is.
I received a gift card there and was so excited. I went in October for my first trip (in there old location on Anderson). Not a so great experience. They had a clock on the wall and all I heard was tic toc the whole hour. My hour was cut short by 10 mins. I could also hear them moving boxing and talking. I couldnt relax. I finally gave it a second chance in March. They moved to a new location and that massage was BETTER..The only thing I would change about the way they massage is how ling they take on certain body parts. I asked for a full body massage and 45 mins was spent on my back and legs... they barley touched my feet, arms, and hands..It was an okay massage all in all but Im not going back.
Not crowded at night and good Wi-Fi.
