Quality of gas stove was great and as advertised. Installation was professional and took care of everything. Communication during time between purchase and install could have been better. Would recommend they update customer routinely instead of customer having to reach out and ask for a status. Overall very satisfied with new gas stove for our basement.

Energy Center installed our pool, and we are very pleased. As first time pool owners, we had a lot of questions, and there were several factors of pool purchase and ownership of which we were unaware. Energy Center taught us what we needed to know in order to make good decisions about what kind and size of pool we needed. We have had the Energy center service our gas fireplace annually for the past three years. They always do an amazing job and take the time to explain the work they do and any adjustments made. The techs are always courteous and careful about the work they are doing. When i finally pull the trigger on getting a hot tub, they will be where I go!

We called in August about a leak in our pool. Two weeks later (busy time, I get it) two employees show up and are completely surprised that they are supposed to be working on a pool. We dig around and find a pair of shorts so one of them can get in the water. He doesnt find anything but says they can come back with more tools. In September they come back with a sonar (?) gun and give a general location of where the leak might be, but they didnt bring anything to fix it. So they reschedule again. THEY set the appointment for October 2. A lady calls on that day and says they dont do work in October because its too cold. Husband gets upset and stops being polite, and the lady hangs up on him. So much for staying local. A trip to Topeka is inconvenient, but not as much as dealing with this company.

Terrible customer service, We went out to the store approximately 2 weeks ago to set up a service call on our hot tub, they stated we were about two weeks out. we received a text message at 5:23 the night before they could be out, I guess they expect there customers not to have jobs and be able to be on call at there convenience! Never again

We had a pool liner replaced. It didnt turn out like we expected. The techs didnt care to finish doing what they were paid for and cut corners on some parts. When we brought this all the stores attention we were blamed for not saying something as soon as it happened. We were already tired of dealing with them so we werent in a hurry to have a confrontation so we waited to see the invoice. When that came we brought up all the problems.The guys didnt show up when they were scheduled, after the store had already rescheduled once. We had already taken off work to be home.The foam bottom is lumpy but apparently thats because there isnt enough sand underneath our pool but no one bothered to give us the heads up so we can decide if we still wanted to pay extra for a product that was supposed to make the bottom smooth and padded. Plus they didnt even fit the pieces together well but the manager of the install team didnt see a big deal with that either.When the pillar caps were reinstalled at least half of them were not installed correctly (they have grooves in the top piece that fit to the bottom piece, but some of the pieces were just propped on top of the other) and others not even screwed down. When I asked the tech if he was going to fix that he looked at me like I was stupid until my husband told him to fix them. They lost some of the screws also so we had to go HUNT through all the hardware stores for some that would work but you cant buy some like that, so we did the best we could.We had to deal with at least 2-3 different people at the store and the manager came out to our house to see the work just so we could get a measly $50 back. We spent at least $500 extra to get the foam bottom that didnt turn out correct or even helpful after the sand and seams issue. They sent us a gift card of all things and I called back and made sure they gave us money back because we dont plan on going back.

The work was excellent & done in a professional manner by the workers. The only issue I had was not being contacted a day in advance as had been requested & agreed to since I do not live at the location where the work was to be done. Other than that, I am well pleased with the results.

Traeger grill works great now. Thank you for your service. I cooked some chicken breast and they were very good. I was surprised how well they cooked. I’ll keep y’all in mind for future service. The technician did a complete tuneup on the Traeger grill. He checked the wiring, cleaned the auger for a reasonable price. I just need to practice cooking on it.

We were impressed by everyones knowledge, experience, and the hard work necessary to complete the pool. They did a great job repainting our stove. We haven’t had a fire yet this season, but it looks brand new.The crew that picked up and returned our stove was very friendly and courteous!

It is not very often that I am so pleased with both a service, and a cost. I needed to have my gas fireplace figured out as to why it wasn’t working. The two technicians were professional and got right to the root of the problem. When the bill came I was very, very happy. It’s well worth it to call these folks.

Energy Center is rated very poorly when it comes to maintaining business client relationships. Their prices are very high and outrageous. Their pool maintenance people are keep changing and they have no knowledge how to take care of the pool and respect client’s equipment. They markup Bioguard products and do not warranty their own work in many ways and their office only focuses on work orders that their own people are writing regardless what clients have to say. I think they have become what they have is because no good competitor, let me know if anyone else is good and reasonable out in Manhattan/Fort Riley/JC area - there is a demand and Energy Center needs to feel it. I am just an unhappy client of Energy Center who have been for many years but as an owner Kimberley just doesn’t care about client relationships and it is time to move on. Thanks for reading.

Very terrible company ...we bought 2 high end fireplaces from them. We have had troubles with both ...2.5 years later after installation they still havent returned my calls or came to check the problems with the unit! Do not buy from them ....I reached out to them right after installation ...they blamed the unit issues on our builder ..he came out right away and did everything he was told to do to fix the issues with the unit...and nope like we suspected in first place it had nothing to do with the builders .....I called again after numerous attempts and they still havent called back! Terrible terrible company to work with ...so frustrating

Bought a pellet stove from them and they can’t even install it because they don’t know how. They advertise that they do installations. Sounds like to me you shouldn’t advertise that you do installations if you don’t know how to do them. On top of that I tried working with them to have them install it a different way for for the same money and they didn’t want to do that either. This company is pathetic I would never refer them to anybody.

My wife and I moved into an older house in the country East of Lincoln NE that had a Vigilant Stove and I needed parts for the stove. I tried to order from the company that the owners had bought the stove from but they had been sold to another company. When I tried to find the dealer closest to me for the parts I was given Energy Enter Manhattan Pools contact information. Honestly I was skeptical. My wife called and Racquel answered the call. We were asking for parts for our stove but since the stove was so old and the part manual we had didnt have part numbers we ended up emailing pictures of the stove to Racquel who made several phone calls to find all the things we needed. She was extremely helpful and patient with us as we figured out all the things we needed over a period of several months. We will certainly do business with Energy Center again. Tom and the people worked with us to get a wood stove installed before winter. My wife and I started to get things going in September 2018. With the failure of two contractors the livingroom was finally ready in December. Tom had the stove ordered and ready well before the house was ready. He gave a date, but he was able to move it up. The two men came out and got straight to work. I have a construction background and was impressed with multiple measurements for everything they did. There were adjustments because of the construction but it came out looking great. They took care not to dirty the carpet or scrape the fresh laid tiles. They ran a vacuume with a HEPA filter when they cut the sheetrock. They gave tips on taking care of and using the stove and directed us to a website for more great information. We highly recommend Energy Center for installing a wood stove. The building inspector also had high regard for the quality work of Energy Center.

Very pushy... No offer of a spa being turned on so we could see the jets pulsating.. Wasnt interested in a sale. maybe we werent dressed up enough, but we had cash in hand for a little bit of effort... Looks arent everything.. Big lost sale... Manhattans loss was Topekas gain....

These people sold me a fireplace 4 or 5 years ago. They seem to have just given up on servicing it, or they just arent technically proficient enough to get it done. I will never spend my money here again. The fireplace they sold me has not worked correctly since day 1.
