Nice folks. Kept clean. Easy access.

The staff here are the best! When I needed to trade up in size after a few months here, they located a bigger spot and held it for me. Ive had other storage spaces in other cities, and this place has been the most responsive and respectful. They email to remind you when rent is coming due and you can pay your bill online. They provide locks and the units are in a well lit area.

Great, extremely clean, and private storage units at exceptionally fair prices. Nothing to complain about for 5 years there.

Sorry, I honestly dont remember giving you 3 stars a year ago. We left our stuff there while deployed and everything was fine! If I dont remember one year later why I gave you 3 stars, it must not have been very important.

Lots of storage

My experience with Sunflower Storgage was not overall positive. I have had a unit with them for 6 year (recently closed). During this time I repeatedly asked them to repair both doors on our unit. This was never accomplished.Upon closing the unit I received notice that I would not be refunded my $150 deposit, with the cited reasons being: a lock left on the door and items left in the unit. While I cannot dispute that there may have been items left (I no longer live in Manhattan and I was forced to close the unit through proxy) in the unit, the lock cutting fee seems ridiculous as I left them a key to our unit for the last 3 years (hoping at some point they would repair the door).The staff is professional at point of contact and on the phone. However, the failure to execute customer requests makes this rental company a difficult service to recommend.

Clean units, friendly staff and modest pricing, would rent again if needed.
