Lived here almost a year before I moved out of state and it was a really good place to live honestly. For the price and all it was a good starter apartment. The acting landlord was super nice and helpful too. Would recommend to others for sure.

New management has made changes for the better. Easy to get along with and reasonable .

Place is a total dive. Ceiling has been leaking water for a month Ive called manager and no response back. Washer breaks every week and the water pump in the patio hasnt worked since move in and cold air and ants come in through bad sealing around windows...that and some poor person must have hurt themselves by stepping through the stairs! Cuz a step has been broken for a week. And parking sux just as bad. This place is a dump
