This could possibly be the worst rental experience imaginable. All of the experiences documented in all of the reviews from up to six years ago are exactly what happened to us. Not only did he keep the security deposit with questionable back up, he forced us out the beginning of the month with no proration for the rent. Buyer beware here, everything you read is correct. This guy is a slumlord with no regards for anyone but himself.The only reason I gave one star is Google would not let me post without it.

Very excited to move into 1829 Anderson for the year! After reading several reviews I’m comfortable knowing that our landlord will provide exceptional service and outstanding support whenever needed anytime throughout the year!

Never rent from Larry Ness. We are never notified when people are coming to service the house. When the house is serviced, nothing is cleaned up. Larry is very hard to work with. He doesnt care about your opinion of him or the house you are renting, he only wants your money. He always brags about how he owns 20 properties, so he has much more to worry about than your house. We moved into the house with doors off their hinges, sticky floors, an overgrown yard, spiders, sinks that didnt drain, internet and cable cords that hung down into the back porch, broken windows, a lack of smoke detectors, and a leaky roof. The day we moved in, he promised that it would all be taken care of. A month went by and nothing was done. Code Services was called in, noting an entire page of things that were not up to code. Larrys service repair men come at all times of the day, never giving notice, smoke outside the property, and leave a mess wherever they work. Please research any properties that you are looking to rent and make sure that Larry Ness is not the landlord. He will cause you problems from the day you move in until you move out.

If i COuld give it 0 stars i would. LAndlord does not work with you at all.
