Ive been a client of TDH for over ten years. Ive had nothing but success with finding temp work, and the ladies have always had my back professionally in terms of dealing with different employers. I feel as though they value me as an RDA, which as an assistant of twelve years experience (from DA to RDA) is nearly impossible to come by in our industry. I would highly recommend any dental personnel in search of temporary/permanent work to give this agency a try!

Very rude and not an inch of attempting to help. Her tone was so low it sounded like a bass drum. She did not give me an opportunity to even ask questions. She hung the phone so fast i couldnt even take a breath. So please fix the customer and hire people that are happy about what they do and have some type of passion for the people that are interested in moving to the state of California!!!!!

Brenda and Ana were professional, nice, and helpful to me. Bobbie (sp?), who I never met or even spoke with by phone, called my employer- ostensibly to ask his permission toplace me in a two-week trial position in another office. This was completely without my knowledge. She neither called me about this trial position to tell me about it and determine my interest in it OR asked MY permission to contact my employer. Indiscreet? Unethical breach of confidentiality?? I wondered why, until I discovered that she has a friendship with my employer. Conflict of interest??? Whatever it was, it was not good.

Ive called a couple times, they pick up and hang up the phone each time.

Worst ever. Every person that works here is Unprofessional. Never got a good temp. They dont vet the employees that come through the service. Once they sent me an employee who had worked with me at a prior office who had been fired for stealing from other employees. Another time they sent me an employee who stayed on her cell phone most of the time. When I called the agency to tell them I was going to send the employee home because she was useless, rather than backing me up and helping me through the scenario, they contacted the temp first and scolded her PRIOR to me sending her home. This angered the temp and she made a scene in my office. I will never use them again.

Theyre VERY nice! I havent been called for work by them yet. Hopefully some work will become available for me soon. :)
