Easy process. They offered to make the key smoother and easier to use for .99 extra. I call BS on that - just make the key the best it can be for the original price charged. Dont give me an OK key! It was very rough but thank goodness it worked.

I like everything about it. Only thing for me I wish I don’t have to enter my email address with big screen everyone looking no privacy. Wish I could print a paper receipt and don’t enter my email at all. I almost quit making my keys. Convenience an quality is awesome.
